Available for the first 3 weeks, from 29/07 to 19/08 2023.

It has 6 bedrooms (13 people + 2 babies).

- a large GARAGE that can accommodate one car.
-a fully equipped summer kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Senseo, fridge, gas hob, kettle, microwave) / LAUNDRY ROOM (washing machine and dryer) overlooking the garden
-GARDEN with little opposite, very quiet, garden furniture, brazier and children's games (wooden hut, trampoline) available, as well as a plancha.

DEPOSIT
A deposit check of 3000€ is required for the house.
Another deposit check of 300€ is requested at the entrance to the house and returned at the exit for the cleaning that will be done by you, indeed we respectfully ask our tenants to kindly tidy up the house and leave it in the clean state as when they entered.

OPTION:
-bed linen (5€/single bed, 10€/double bed, 2,50€/cot) or 50€ for the whole
-5€ towels /person (one large + one small)
