"Casa Blanc Seau" by Urbanizen is a recently and completely renovated house with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, located right on the outskirts of Mouvaux. Whether for business or personal travel, its exceptional location on the outskirts of Mouvaux—close to shops and major business hubs (Ravennes, Plaine Images, Pilaterie, Blanchemaille, and Centre Mercure), as well as the Musée de la Piscine—makes it your ideal home away from home for any occasion.

Accommodation
You’ll love “Casa Blanc Seau” by Urbanizen for its decor and comfort. We enjoyed renovating it with your satisfaction in mind and designed it so you’ll feel right at home. Each room has its own personality and color scheme (yellow, blue-green, or taupe)
- 2 bedrooms with a 180 x 200 cm bed that can be converted into two 90 cm beds, each with a private shower room
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed (ideal for taller guests).
Each bedroom features a desk, a closet, and an Android TV. Wireless headphones are also available so you won’t disturb your neighbors.
- A sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests, bringing the home’s total capacity to 8 people.
The beds are made upon arrival, and you’ll find bath towels on the beds when you arrive.

The shutters are electric for your comfort, and all rooms are completely darkened.
If you’d like, you can cook using the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, a microwave, and, of course, all the necessary dishes and utensils.
No need to wash dishes: the dishwasher will take care of it (detergent provided). Likewise, if you need to, feel free to use the washing machine (an iron and ironing board are available in the house) and the dryer.
No need to buy basic kitchen staples (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc.)—the essentials are already in the kitchen.
In the shower rooms (one on the first floor and one adjacent to the second-floor bedroom), you’ll find a hair dryer and essential toiletries (shower gel and liquid soap).

In the living-dining room: a sofa bed, an armchair, a 50-inch TV with a PlayStation (with a few games: Fortnite, Minecraft, Ratchet & Clank, Uncharted 4, and The Last of Us), a large dining table with 8 chairs—all set in a modern industrial-style decor.

There is also access to a courtyard, featuring a table and six chairs, as well as a grill for sunny days.

The first floor is equipped with reversible air conditioning (cools in the summer and heats in the winter). The bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators, and all the shutters are electric, ensuring complete darkness in all bedrooms (since the kitchen is lit by a skylight, it is not completely dark on the first floor).

Guest Access
Access to “Casa Blanc Seau” by Urbanizen is via a digital lock: you’ll receive a code before your arrival and can check in at any time you choose (after 5:00 PM) completely on your own.
The entire house is accessible to guests.
Warning: fairly steep stairs. We do not provide a safety gate. The best way to keep children safe is through parental supervision.

The house also features a pleasant courtyard with a barbecue, a table, and chairs.
