The space
The interior features high-end finishes and fresh, vibrant new furniture. Great care was put into making the space superb for indoor/outdoor living in San Diego's excellent climate. The backyard is 100% fenced in and private. It features a cabana and an outdoor surf shower. Additionally the property is very secure and located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Finally, the safe and easy to access bike path at the end of our street connects you directly to Mission Bay and Pacific Beach.

Great location!!

We stayed here for a wedding at Paradise Point and this house was perfect! So clean, great outdoor space and very homey! Had everything, walkable to cool bars and restaurants or a short Uber to the bay. Will stay here again!

This was a very clean and updated rental property that worked really well for our family with the fenced in backyard!

Lovely stay

This property is beautifully decorated, with cute trinkets and details all around the home that make it feel very warm and cozy. The backyard is also lovely and was a nice surprise because there is more furniture (a picnic table, awning and outdoor sofa set) than the photos for the property show. Connor was very easy to communicate with and let us check-in an hour earlier.

Very nice stay

Would come again. Super clean. Nice kitchen. Nice backyard. Some minor flooring repair needed but didnā€™t effect stay. Comfy beds. Nice linens and living area. Felt quite safe. Quiet neighborhood very near freeway.

Wonderful weekend stay

We stayed in this Vrbo for my wedding weekend as the brideā€™s familyā€™s bungalow and we had some concerns about space. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the home is and how beautiful it is in person. It is better than the pictures. Everything was clean and well designed and the host communicated promptly to answer all of our check out questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Family vacay in San Diego

This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean, centrally located and well-appointed for our needs. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed with new appliances. Loved the backyard patio for morning coffee and cocktail hour with cornhole! It was so convenient to be able to park two cars in the driveway even though there was plenty of street parking. Itā€™s also very close to an In n Out Burger and easy access to the main freeway. This will be our go-to place to stay when we come visit our daughter who has moved down there from now on!

Better than a hotel. Needs some work. Not ideal.

The location is decent as you are a 10 minute drive to Pacific Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. The good: The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are decent. The Owner is very nice. The bad: the immediate neighborhood is pretty rough. The vinyl plank floors that in the entire house have huge gaps (like bigger than an inch) and are in horrible condition. The walls in the kitchen and area rugs were grungy. It feels like a rental that is ridden hard. The side yard has an apartment that backs up VERY close to the backyard, along with other residences in very close proximity to the backyard and the neighborhood is rough around the edges. We were yelled at by an agro person from an apartment while playing cards inside with my family for being too loud...At 8:00 with no music on and heard the same neighbor yell at another group nearby. There is no table dining table, just few metal barstools. The house was obviously updated nicely but needs some work already. Bottom line. Itā€™s serviceable and better than having to get a couple hotel rooms but I was a bit embarrassed on the condition of the place to bring my mother to as itā€™s fairly rough. Looks better in the pics. The owner is very nice and let us enter the house early.

Great, cozy stay

We had a lovely vacation. The cosmetic flaws mentioned in the prior reviews didnā€™t hinder our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The driveway parking was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped and clean for my two friends and me. The host were also quick to answer our questions.

A nice little place indeed

This Vrbo fit exactly what we needed for our quick stay in San Diego. Clean sheets and towels. Comfy beds. We did notice what other reviewers were commenting on about the floor panels having large gaps in them, but that did not effect our stay. Upon arrival I notified the host of a few damaged items. These items did not effect our stay, I just wanted the host to know that the damage was prior to our stay. Communication, check-in, and check-out procedures were all clear. We did not have any issues with the neighbors, but my family was super conscious and careful due to the noise warnings posted and in the check-in information (one of my son's wouldn't speak above a slight whisper inside the house - even after I told him that ordinary conversation inside the house is perfectly fine - so when I say we were super careful, we truly were very careful). The neighborhood seemed safe. We would definitely stay here if we ever got a chance to visit San Diego again!

The house was great, clean, and we enjoyed it.

Thought the photos showed one bedroom with 2 beds, so we could not accommodate everyone in our family. Also thought there was a washer and dryer available to us even though the summary did not say so. All other properties that we have stayed in has had those available so I assumed incorrectly. I stayed here with my brother, mom and grandmother and we were so happy to call this place home for 3 days. The location was great, the checkin and checkout out process was great but the house was amazing. We felt so comfortable there and will definitely return.

Perfect house and location

When we arrived, the house was just as pictured, beautiful inside and spacious backyard for our kids to play. Connor was great at communication and made the process easy. Very close to the beach and Seaworld. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Cute and clean house

Perfect house setup for a small family. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean and kitchen had all the basics. The outdoor space is fantastic with a little yard and space to eat outside or relax. Close to the beach (not walking distance but a bike ride or short car ride) and also close to the freeway which is convenient for getting around.

Lovely Getaway

So pleased with our recent stay! The house was the perfect size for our group of 6. We didnā€™t spend a lot of time at the house, but we made sure to take advantage of the backyard area to hangout. The rooms were kept cool with individual fans which helped out a lot. I was happy to see a pack-n-play in the master closet, one less thing parents would have to pack. Connor messaged me a few days leading up to my stay and offered some wonderful activites and even gave us early access to the house! It was a wonderful visit & I would stay again!

Great for a girls trip!

This property was perfect for our girls trip to San Diego! This property is very centrally located so we never had to drive longer than 20 minutes to get to the areas we wanted to go to (University Heights, Gas Lamp, Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, Hillcrest, Little Italy, and the San Diego airport). The space was clean and fit our group of 5 nicely. There is no true dining area but this was not a problem for us as we ate out for all our meals. The backyard and patio area was very nice and relaxing as well. One of my favorite parts was the record player they had which we played while getting ready each day and before going out at night. There is a warning about making sure to stay quiet during the posted hours but we never had any issues. Loved this placed and would highly recommend!

Adorable House in a great location

I stayed in the cute home with my adult children. It was very clean with updated appliances. The fire pit listed in the description was no longer there, which was disappointing as we purchased stuff for sā€™mores. The BBQ didnā€™t get hot enough to BBQ a Tri-tip, it only reached 350* we had to finish it in the oven with limited cookware. I thought it would be fixed the next day but I didnā€™t want to chance buying food to BBQ since I didnā€™t hear that it was fixed.

Wonderful experience

We stayed with 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 young kiddos. The house was spotless when we arrived (much earlier than we anticipated getting there I will add, which they were gracious enough to accommodate). The home is minutes away to the beach, zoo, and everything else. The backyard is so cute and a pleasant surprise for our kiddos to have a place to play. Totally recommend šŸ‘

Convenient location. Beautiful home.

We stayed at this house for a family get away. The location was perfect: Close to the beach, close to airport, close to SeaWorld. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean. Wouldnā€™t change a thing about the house.
