In the commune of Montchâlons, we offer this charming 250 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to ten guests. It has a lovely living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, towels extra, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Montchâlons, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market, all within a 15-minute drive of the town of Laon.

The accommodation comprises
- a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (1st outbreak free of charge, additional wood at extra cost), a dining area and a pool table.
- a fully-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Landing: on the 1st floor with a TV.
- Bedroom 1: on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: on the 1st floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4: on the 2nd floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot.
- Bedroom 5: on the 2nd floor with three single beds.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park opposite the house.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €25/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- The wood-burning stove is operational, 1st flambé free of charge, additional wood at an extra cost of €20 (request and payment from our service provider on site).
