Isla Del Sol is a private, tranquil island community on 350 beautifully landscaped acres on the southern tip of St. Petersburg.
This second floor condo is fully furnished. It has a screened in lanai that overooks the golf course. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, its own bath, which also overlooks the golf course, and has a sliding door onto the lanai, which has a table & chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a couch and a love seat & TV.
Ceiling fans are in the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and porch. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with 4 chairs. Your private parking spot is right outside the door on the 2nd floor of the parking garage and it is covered. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels. The washer/dryer are located just outside the door off the parking area, in the recreation space for the condos. Utilities are included, as well as local and long distance telephone calls. A phone is in the master bedroom and in the living room.

I am a real estate agent in Central Maine. I am a native Maine resident and love to visit and vacation in Florida in the St. Pete area. I also have family in that area and my son is a recent graduate of Eckerd College.

I chose to buy a vacation rental in St. Petersburg because I love the area and I know several people that vacation in that area every year. The area is well known and it is a vacation destination. Also, the Isla Del Sol complexes are well known and are very desirable to the rental community.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
It is very close to the beaches of St. Petersburg as well as convenient to the airport. There are also many restaurants and shops to enjoy as well as the Downtown area of St. Petersburg, the Pier and several museums. It is also convenient to Busch Gardens in Tampa and many of the MLB teams do their spring training in the area.
