Welcome to our newly remodeled 2beds/2bath 1/2 of the duplex, just short walk (3-5min)to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This duplex is located on a very quiet dead end street.

Combine with the other half you can have 4 beds/4bath !

Everything in this unit is brand new, new bathrooms, new flooring, new kitchen, furniture…
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size oven, induction cooktop, coffeemaker, toaster and everything else that you may need for your cooking
Open plan living room with a 60inch smart TV and also Apple TV has and queen size sleeper sofa that offers extra sleeping options. Plenty of games for your kids for the warm island nights. Free WIFI through the entire place.
If you like to sit outside and BBQ, a gas grill is available on the outside patio.
The Master bedroom with the king size bed, mounted smart Tv
2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed and mounted TV as well.
Washer and dryer is located in the unit.
We provide beach towels , beach chairs, umbrellas, cart.

We are pet friendly for additional fee.
The property is fenced in.

Shopping, restaurants are just moments away.

Our property is equipped with RING bell Surveillance device, located outside, by the entrance door.

All devices are installed for the security purposes.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here Jan thru March 2023 and had multiple visitors within that time frame. The property was well equipped. The appliances were exceptional and the beds were comfortable We had two small pets, and the fenced in, grassy yard was perfect for them. Can’t beat the location: a short walk to an uncrowded beach and to multiple restaurants and shops (including a grocery store). We had an issue that required an urgent response from Michaela and her team and they reacted quickly and resolved the issue in a very satisfactory manor. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Needed vacay

My husband and I needed a nice relaxing vacation and this was the perfect spot. We got to go the same time my parents and siblings were staying in the other half so we had alone time and then big group family time which was perfect! Hoping to stay here again!

Spectacular place, amenities, and location on AMI

Been coming to AMI with a group of friends for five years. This is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything you could imagine is provided. A short walk down the street and then follow a path that looks you’re on a tropical island to a beautiful, uncrowded area of Holmes Beach. Listing is exactly as it appears in the pictures, possibly even better! Adorably decorated and much more spacious than it appears online. Great & quick communication with property manager. If possible, would LOVE to stay here each summer when we return! Excellent & will NOT disappoint in anyway. We all loved our stayed and didn’t want to leave!

Great Getaway

We had an amazing time!! This property was just as listed and checking in and out was so easy. It was in a great location for the beach and things to do. Would definitly recommend to family and friends and would even go back!!

Loved it!

Very short walk to the beach. Beach was very quiet with small amount of people. Beautiful!! House was very clean and owner was very helpful when I had a small issue. Would stay there again.

Found the perfect vacation cottage!

My husband & I have vacationed on Anna Maria Island 4 separate times in a dozen years. I’m so thrilled to have finally found the perfect place to stay! This special cottage is so cute & very comfortable. We loved the showers & the beds. But maybe my favorite spot was the wonderful outdoor deck & thick grass where my dogs loved to hang out as much as I did! The beautiful white sands of the Gulf are barely a 5 minute walk away & wait until you see the path to the beach! WOW! The owner is sweet & readily available, if needed. We are anxious for our opportunity to return!

Just a wonderful rental in every way!

Very stylishly furnished and decorated rental. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels, great deck/outdoor furniture, & nice outdoor grill in a private fenced-in cute yard. Loved the provided beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and the beach umbrellas. Located in a very nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed morning walks around the quiet neighborhood over to the bayside where we were excited to see several aggregation (groups) of Manatee. Appreciated the very short walk to the beach access point just 5 or 6 houses down the street. Easy to walk back for lunch, snacks etc. Property owner, Michaela, was very responsive and quickly met any needs we had. We highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again!

Excellent

This property was exactly as described, and accommodated my family of 4 perfectly. It was very clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed for the week. The property is on a dead end street so it was very quiet - which we appreciated. The neighbors were friendly and the beach is a short 3 minute walk. Michaela, property owner, is great to work with. Any questions I had were answered immediately and she was always friendly. I would not hesitate to rent from her again in the future.

Winter Escape!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave! This is the perfect location for any beach lover like ourselves. The home is beautifully redone. Small but very comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very welcoming. Michaela is awesome and very responsive. Anything we requested was taken care of. Our only problem was that we had to go home!

Wonderful Getaway

My family, and dog stayed for a week over Christmas at this beautiful, conveniently located, and dog friendly property. The host Michaela was fantastic, and responsive to our inquiries. The home is equipped with everything we needed, and more. From the kitchen, extra towels and linens, to beach wagon that was provided. The back yard is fenced in which is not mentioned in the listing, but a huge plus as we were able to relax outdoors with our pup. The street is very quiet, and beach only a block and a half away. The ambiance of the space is very calming, and newly updated with lots of fun artistic touches. Highly Recommended, and can’t wait to book again

Nice house

Overall our stay was nice. We had few issues, but it was resolved very quick. The only suggestion I have to property owner is to add more dishes and silverware. The house is described as "sleep up to 6 people". My family is 5. The dishes and silverware at the property are for 4. Overall we had a great stay. Very nice area, few minutes walk to the beach, beach staff was provided as well. Will stay at this place again. Thank you!

Great location, cute beach house

This house is just beautiful, it has all you need and you’ll feel home. I loved the beach style decoration. The Beach is just 2 blocks away, sunsets there are amazing 😍😍. Super quiet neighborhood and everyone around is very helpful and friendly. The owners are always available to help if needed. My kids, dogs and I had a great experience, we stayed for 30 days and didn’t want to leave. We’re coming back for sure!!!! Thank you for such amazing vacations!!!
