Incredible Beach House in a great location. Minutes walk to best beaches in Newport, 7 Minute Drive to Downtown Newport, and more. This well kept beach house features, private outdoor space, Fully fenced in back yard, roof deck w/ water views, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Wifi, Two Desks great for working from home, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Closet Space, 4 Off-Street Parking Spaces. This home is great for families and close to all Wedding Venues. Fully Furnished.

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The street is not a cut through so not many cars drive by, nice walk to the beach about 5 minutes as well as restaurants.
Respect the Home and neighbors as you would your own. The neighbors are amazing, family oriented and friendly, we ask you be kind and follow all town ordinances. The town of Middletown allows for six guest over twelve as this is a considered a three bedroom, we have enough beds to sleep four children under twelve as well including cribs and twins for a total of ten + guests. The city does not consider the basement a bedroom, so please do not sleep there. Storage is fine. All of the house information and ordinances will be available at the house for your review but its as simple as showing respect for the house and neighbors.

Stay was great, Christopher was super helpful. A friend even left an item behind and we easily coordinated it's return by the cleaning staff. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a joy to stay here while visiting Newport. The house is clean with plenty of amenities. The owners made sure it was stocked with anything we might have overlooked bringing with us. And the location is perfect - close to local restaurants and minutes from Easton Beach. Great place to stay!

This was a great stay for seven adults. It was even more homey than it looks in the pictures -- clean, well-stocked, and comfortable! The kitchen (especially the stove/oven) is a bit small but it still had everything we needed to cook a seafood dinner, and either the hosts or other guests had left some basics like coffee pods and condiments. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch at all times of day. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets throughout the house. The neighborhood is quiet but there are restaurants within walking distance -- we loved Flo's! -- and the drive to Newport's wharf area was quick (though trafficky on the weekend). I hope I can come back again someday!

Perfect for a girls weekend

My friends and I recently stayed at this property for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house was extremely clean and comfortable and we had a great time hanging out on the deck. It was perfect for a group trip. This was also a great location, we were so close to town for dinner and also walking distance from the beach. I will be back!

Great house, easy access to beach on quiet road

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this well appointed and located home. It was really like a home away from home with lots of nice areas to stretch out and outdoor shower to wash off after long days at Easton beach. Do yourself a favor and sit on the upstairs viewing deck for coffee in the am or to watch the stars at night with a glass of your favorite beverage. Great time had by all.

Loved it all!

As a big group, having a space that we could all be comfortable and enjoy our time was really important. We had a great experience, everything about our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back! The outdoor space was perfect; we had a private yoga class from our favorite place, Mend Yoga, lots of grilling and hanging out outdoors. The location of the space was just what we were looking for; enough to do around the house (walks, restaurants, brewery) and just a short uber to downtown as well. The indoor space was just what we needed- there were plenty of sleeping options and it was perfect for our group of girls, everyone had space and a bed. 3 showers and 2 bathrooms - doable but definitely needs some patience from everyone! No big deal for a group of friends. The hosts provided good communication, a wonderful space, and an overall great stay! We would love to go back again.

Great house

We had a great time at Chrisā€™ house. The house was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants/bars and the beach and a quick Uber from downtown Newport. The house was just as described in the listing, and the backyard setup and roof deck were even better in person! Chris was easy to get in touch with and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

My wife and I at the property for 9 last earlier this month with my two children and dog. This house was perfect for families. It was filled with toys for the kids, yard was great for the dog and children and kitchen was well stocked. You have views of the ocean from the roof deck where we spent a ton of time. Walkable to Easton beach and several restaurants and bars in Middletown, you are just a short 5-10 ride to the wharf. I 100% stay here again in the future.

Perfect house for a group

Chrisā€™ property couldnā€™t have been better for our large group of siblings and couples for 6 days. The layout of the property is divine, with ample beds, a great living room seating area, extremely clean and well-appointed kitchen, and lush and private backyard. And in the incredible outdoor shower and the proximity to Newportā€™s First Beach, and this house tops our list of places to stay in Middletown! We had some hiccups initially with accessing the propertyb at the time our rental began, but Chris was very reachable and remedied the situation quickly. Hoping to return here!

A perfect weekend girls trip getaway!!

Our girls trip (age 23-30) LOVED this location and house. Easy safe walk (5-10 mins) to some Middletown restaurants/ bars (Diego's for amazing dinner, Rejects brewery, Rusty's dive bar, Atlantic Grille breakfast more!) and lots of easily accessible Ubers to get to downtown Newport. Quiet, nice neighborhood, we felt super safe. Chris was great about communicating important details prior and checked in during/ after stay. The house was super clean, fully stocked with towels/ beach needs and lots of kitchen goods. The roof top and back deck were great to mingle with drinks or coffee. Fenced in backyard was well kept and cute, some girls tried outdoor shower. Would absolutely recommend this house for another stay or go back! :)

Best stay EVER!

Firstly, Chris is an amazing host, communicative and very accommodating. We were able to check in early, which was great since we were coming from out of state. Immediately upon entering the house, it was spotless. The pictures do not do it justice- there is way more space. The backyard was beautiful and quiet. Close access to beach and bars. The master bed was insanely comfy. This was the best experience I have had with a rental.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our stay in Newport was perfect! The house was exactly what we needed and had plenty of room for our whole group. It was a QUICK ride into Newport but we didnā€™t have to deal with the hustle of the town. It was clean and we felt very safe which was great for a group of girls. Would absolutely recommend to friends or go back to stay for a trip to Newport again! Thank you Chris!

This property is our family vacation house that we rent out occasionally. What we really love about the house is the fenced in back yard that is South Facing. So maybe people dont think about this but it allows us to enjoy sunlight in our backyard all day long. Finally the roof deck. We love having water views and will always go up to the roof deck to watch the sunset over the Newport Bridge.
