Your very spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is set up for long term stays or a long weekend.

Your vacation property consists of a duplex with an upper and lower unit as well as a guest house. Your cozy nest apartment is the lower unit of the duplex.

Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed, 1 fold out single bed, and loveseat couch. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and loveseat couch. Large Roku TV, couch, and office desk.

Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

WiFi: High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Courtyard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.

For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.

We provide a starter kit of supplies for guests. Please plan accordingly to bring items that you will need.

This is a lower ground level unit. You might experience some noise from the upstairs. We ask our guests who stay in both the upper and lower units to be considerate of other guests. No running, jumping, or creating any loud noise in the complex.

We are located near Cookeville City Lake
This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.
