Fully appointed Chef’s Kitchen has double ovens, gas cooktop and a large island to gather around. Grill dinner on the XL Big Green Egg or toast marshmallows on the wood burning fire pit. 75 inch smart tv with Sonos sound bar to watch your favorite events on. Extremely fast wifi with orbi satellite system to cover the property. Large grassy flat yard ready for your outdoor game night. Enjoy the tranquility of a morning paddle with the wildlife in the kayaks. Loaded with lake toys and floating mat. Five minutes to downtown Lexington restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The house is located in a nice area on Lake Murray in Lexington. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen items and linens and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice time and the hosts were very engaging, nice and accommodating.

This house is exactly how described in the listing. Our family of five had a wonderful time relaxing at the lake. So many lake toys in the garage to use, my kids favorite being the water matt and the kayaks! Michael and Valerie are very responsive should you need them. They answered all my questions before booking, and provided additional information about boat rentals. We had a wicked thunderstorm the first night we stayed and lightening took out the internet connection, needing everything in the house to be rewired. Although this was completely out of their control and a completely freak accident, they relentlessly tried to get it fixed for us, stayed in constant communication with us about it, compensated us for our inconvenience! It was just a sign we needed to unplug from work and go float!

Superb family vacation!

Fantastic two week stay. We have never seen a kitchen so well furnished at a rental property. The lake toys were great, big green egg grill a big plus and the house was perfect. Thanks.

GORGEOUS Lake Front Home!

WOW! The house! The views! The dock! Not only is the home lakefront but also from the front porch you have an unobstructed view of the other side of the lake. Spectacular sunsets! The home is beautifully decorated and spotless. Beds are comfy and the gourmet kitchen is a delight and has everything you need. Michael and Valerie were incredibly responsive and so helpful. So many special details. Best VRBO stay to date! We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Views

We stayed the week of July 4th and had the best time! Michael and Valerie's home is immaculate. Views from the front to the back. Everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is stocked, beds are comfy, water toys there for you to use. We brought our boat along and tubed, fished, floated. The girls enjoyed the swim mat at the end of the dock. Cove had little boat traffic. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close, but you can always doordash! Lake Murray never disappoints! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Second time and it keeps getting better

This is our second time staying at this home and as expected we enjoyed every second of our stay. The home is as advertised ! Check in and out simple and convenient. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the lake life! Fishing, kayaking, and evenings on the lake created the best week for our family. The home has all that we needed and being a new build was clean and comfortable . Michael and Valerie have one of the best homes we have stayed at! Looking forward to returning later this year

Perfect family getaway!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location, the living space, the dock, all of the fun water toys provided- kayaks, tubes, floats, life jackets, etc! We just couldn’t believe how easy it was to stay here and enjoy the view and the fun of Lake Murray. Our kids got to enjoy evening walks with us, that became one of our favorite things to do! We even saw lightning bugs! We used Better Boat Rentals for a pontoon, and enjoyed dinner at Liberty on the Lake. Old Timer’s Meat Market was great, we grabbed meat there to grill and enjoy at the house. Grocery stores and Target are within 10-15 minutes of the house- so convenient! The hosts were fantastic with communication, home was clean, they provided everything you could possible need to enjoy a vacation. We can’t wait to enjoy this place again! Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed at the house for the weekend of my daughter’s graduation. House is great, view is amazing and the hosts very accommodating. Will consider getting the house for a football weekend.

Beautiful lake views from front to back

We had such an amazing time and the house is better than advertised. The lake views with the spacious yard provided plenty of activity for our family. The kids were outside from morning to night with plenty of water activities to include fishing from the dock to kayaking the lake. The house is beautiful and as advertised. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Great hosts, great location, great home!

We rented this beautiful home as our base camp with family and friends as we exposed them to their first Gamecocks football game. The home was so comfortable and well appointed, the sunrises and views didn’t disappoint, and Michael and Valerie were so generous with their tailgate chairs, coolers which saved us unnecessary investments. Great hosts, great location, great home! Would definitely go back.

This property was amazing! Everything was in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many lake toys to play with. The location couldn’t have been better…on a dead end street but close to town. Truly a perfect property. Hosts we so accommodating and communicative, everything was easy and quick. Love this place!

Everything about this place is amazing. We were very sad to leave this place. It’s secluded and close enough to the stores and restaurants in Lexington. The views of lake Murray are incredible.

Great location and great house

Michael and Valerie were great hosts. Very quick to reply with any questions. They have the house stocked with many essentials (kitchen stocked, hand soap, toilet paper). They let us borrow their Great Lake toys (knee boards, tube, kayaks, giant floating pad). We had never used a Green Egg before. We learned you don’t have to add a lot of charcoal (we got it a little too hot the first use). The outdoor seating on the covered porch with fan was very nice. You can tell lots of love has gone into making their dream home on the lake. We were honored to share it with my husband’s parents and our kids! Beautiful, peaceful views! Could not get enough of it! Publix and Costco are close by for shopping. The street has large gorgeous homes. Everything was so pretty to look at!

Impeccably clean! They provide everything you might need for a great week, from innertubes to Kayaks!!!! Games of all sorts and a perfect Living Room with a big screen TV after a fun and exhausting day! Highly recommend!!

This property on Lake Murray is amazing. Perfect location. Great lakefront! Amenities in the house were ample. The home was immaculate! The property owners were super responsive. Relaxing Week at the Lake

Spent a week with family at this well appointed and stocked lakeside house. This newly renovated home is in a great location and has tons of amenities. We spent the mornings watching the sun rise over the lake sipping coffee on the back porch. While the temperature reading was in the 40s, once the sun came up, it was a cozy in the 70s on the back porch. Doubt there is a better way to start your day. We took advantage of the kayaks, charcoal barbecue, fire pit and the many other provided amenities during our stay. We played golf nearby and enjoyed the many restaurants in both Lexington and downtown Columbia. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

The house was very clean. It was equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay including linens, some coffee, spices, etc. The fire pit and overlooking the lake and kayaks really let you take advantage of the great location. We didn't have any problems with the house or amenities and will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

We have been using VRBO for almost 10 years and this I can honestly has been the best property we have stayed at. First the house was not only beautiful but so clean. The kitchen was great. I usually bring a lot of my own stuff from home such as my own pans, knife or even cutting board but I did not need to do that here. This kitchen is fully stocked! The beds were soooo comfortable and everything was laid out so well with plenty of room to spread out. The dock was amazing! It was plenty big enough for our family of four. The water is really deep off the dock and Lake Murray’s water is so clean. It was so quiet and peaceful. They had two kayaks that were easy to get in and out of the water at the boat launch and the big water pad was everyone’s favorite. We had a fire almost every night and the view of the water made it that much better. We rented a boat for the day at one of the nearby marina’s just 20 minutes away. Grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away. Overall, best property and owners we’ve ever experienced!!

Fantastic House

From the beginning booking request to departing the property, everything was great. Michael (owner) provided tips and suggestions regarding the area that we took full advantage of. The house is beautiful and the views are great. Morning coffee on the back porch, kayaking during the day and wine on the dock at sunset was the perfect vacation we were looking for. Will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks again Michael.
