We have completely renovated our cozy 3 room apartment for the 2015 season.



The bright, comfortably furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 60sqm) is located in a green, quiet location in a very well-kept, small residential complex.
The way to the beach is only a 2 minute walk.
The always lively center of Timmendorf with a large number of bars, cafes and restaurants can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot by a wonderful walk along the promenade with a view of the sea.
Of course, you will also find various shops there, both clothing stores and grocery stores.
The picturesque harbor of Niendorf can also be reached in the other direction in about 10 minutes along the promenade.
By bike you can cycle wonderfully to Scharbeutz approx. 4 km, the whole promenade can be used as a bike path. In the other direction you can cycle to Travemünde above the steep coast and always enjoy the fantastic view of the Bay of Lübeck. To the apartment: Click on 'Further information'
The apartment is suitable for 4 people. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, with the first being a connecting room to the rear bedroom.
The first has a French bed (140x200), in the rear bedroom you will find a box spring bed 180x200 and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
You will sleep there in heavenly peace, as there is no apartment above you and the windows face the garden.


There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
As can be seen in the photos, the whole apartment is very bright and friendly, in the living room there is a very large TV / DVD and also a fireplace.
The dining table has space for 4 people, but can also be pulled out if necessary.
The sunny balcony is not visible and faces south-west, where the sun shines from early to late.
The separate, very high quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Cable TV, DVD and music system are available.
In addition, the apartment has free high-speed WiFi.
You will also find a washing machine and dryer in the house.
It is also pleasant to be able to store the car in the in-house underground car park.
Bed linen and towels are available for a fee (bed linen is already drawn up when you arrive).
