He is a very friendly person who can receive some friends at his home in his reserved part during the day or evening. His presence is quite unlikely in July and August.<br><br>The path at the bottom of the property is an easement that allows the neighbors of a house to pass by car (Some daily passages).<br><br>IMPORTANT: Presence of a lovely babysitter in a studio located under the house. This babysitter can provide cleaning services and prepare food according to her availability (but without obligation). <br><br>Attention: The land is not fenced, therefore, the path from the property leads to the departmental road located about 200 meters away.<br>The swimming pool is secured by a removable barrier. It is open from June. Pool builder visits once a week.<br>Nevertheless, we ask our tenants to leave this barrier in place for subsequent tenants.
