Luxury Residence in Nuevo Vallarta

Our two-bedroom condo is located on the grounds of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences, located in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, just 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The condo, which has a living space of 1675 square feet, is in the main building on the fifth floor which gives you a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The condo is fully equipped including televisions, microwave, stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Amenities include pools, hot tub, fitness centre, tennis court, restaurants, bar and spa. The rooftop restaurant Insu is ranked by Trip Advisor as the fifth best restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta. At the beach there are lounge chairs, where you can sit by an infinity pool or on the beach. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Mozzamare restaurant where you can sit at the restaurant or be served at the beach. We own this unit. This is not a time-share so we have far more flexibility than those renting their time shares. The daily rate does not include the all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are paid directly to Marival Distinct. However, you do not have to do the all-inclusive plan and can pay the menu rates. The fees vary depending on the time of the year. Please note the cleaning fee of $25 is per night.
