It consists on the first floor of a very bright and air-conditioned living room with open kitchen of 50m², a mezzanine overlooking the living room, an air-conditioned master bedroom, a bathroom and toilet.<br>On the first floor, you will find three large bedrooms (16m² bed 160x200, one of 18m²: bed of 140x190 and one of 20m² (which can be used as a dormitory) with two single beds of 80x190 and a sofa bed of 140), a toilet, a bathroom and a shower room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Direct access on this level to the swimming pool.<br>The exterior, with a surface area of 1000m² partly in terraces, consists of a huge terrace of 60m² at the level of the living room and kitchen, facing south, shaded with an unobstructed view of the hills of Panouse, a secure infinity pool and a Mediterranean landscaped garden.<br>You can enjoy a gas plancha, table football and a Ping Pong table for wild evenings.
