Pack your bikes, flip-flops and towels to set off on an adventure, between Pornic and Plaine-sur-Mer, in one of the oldest seaside resorts on the coast, Préfailles! Where idleness, gastronomy, rock pooling, walks along the coastal path, hiking, water sports and other outdoor activities will delight young and old alike… All your senses will be awakened, from Pointe Saint Gildas to the Wild Coast!



Located in the heart of the picturesque alleyways of the village of Préfailles, just a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike rental, café and restaurants. This 1900s villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².



She has on the ground floor a double bedroom (1x140) and on the upper floor three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) for a capacity of 12 people.



In order of visit, you will enter a living space comprising a comfortable dining room, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A lounge with a fireplace with wood available. A back kitchen where you will find a beach shower, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an additional refrigerator and childcare equipment (travel cot, bath, potty, high chair).



On the ground floor a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs a bathroom with toilet completes the house.



Follow the course of the sun, on one side or the other of the house, enjoy the shade of the fruit trees. For maximum comfort, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided.



Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house (the charm of the narrow streets only allows you to fit your family car in them). For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.



Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is in the heart of Préfailles and within:

- 100m of shops ("Le Grand Bazar", local market and small supermarket, "le fournil du centre", bike rental, bars-restaurants, oyster cabin, art shops)

- 100m of the first cycle paths of "La Loire à Vélo" or the "Vélocéan" circuit connecting Bourgneuf Bay to Mesquer.

- 200m from "Grande Plage" beach

- 2.4 km from "La Pointe Saint Gildas"

- 3.8 km from the fishing beaches and shellfish farming area of "La Plaine sur Mer"

A few kilometres from the historic centre of Pornic, its old port and its castle, that of Gilles de Rais better known by the name of Bluebeard. Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique "Moules de Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer", the famous Ice creams and jams of "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Pancakes "St-Michel" and without forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".



The furnished accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
