We invite you to visit our beach house, which is family-owned and operated for many years. Our home is located on a quiet street and is a 5-minute, one-block walk to the beach. We have a neighborhood crosswalk with stairs for easy beach access on Ocean Blvd. We provide many beach chairs (reviewed annually) and two rolling beach carts to make it easy to take all of your necessary items over to the beach. We also have boogie-boards and a small cooler for your beach beverages. Our home is family-friendly, including your pets! All entry doors have keypads, making it easier for family members to come and go at their convenience. Our front yard has plenty of space for parking. We are Premier Host VRBO’s highest rating.

Our home is located 6 blocks from the bridge, making it convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is also near the recreation areas near the Town Hall (tennis courts, basketball court, and entertainment venue.) The streets have very little traffic, making it perfect for bike riding, jogging or walking your dog. We invite you to come and enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family, friends, and pets. • $1500 refundable security deposit included in your payment (charged only if damage is found).

• 2025: Replaced Over range Microwave
• 2023: New outdoor rocking chairs for our porches, a new clothes washer, a new sofa, and a 55" Smart Samsung HDTV. Repainted ceiling.
• 2022: 12 place settings of dishes, 6 wine glasses, a small cooler for guests, a beach wagon, a recycle can, a coffee grinder, living area lamps, side tables, an ottoman, a dining room table & chairs, and bar stools.
• 2021: New Whirlpool refrigerator.
• 2020: New vanity/mirror medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom and outdoor lighting in each corner under the eaves of the house.
• 2019: Replaced vinyl siding and windows for better efficiency
