Located in the area of LAKE TANCHET you can enjoy in front of the garden an ACCESS TO THE SANDY BEACH, its gourmet huts, beach club and surf school.

A few steps from the house you can walk to the nautical center and donation SURF SCHOOL (Institute Sport Ocean), the LAKE TANCHET and the THALASSO/ SPA "West Coast", the TENNIS CLUB SABLAIS, the CASINO des Sports, the zoo and an Italian restaurant...

The city center is accessible on foot or by bike along the embankment and its charming small coves.

On your way a few hundred meters, you will find the SHOPS of the Presidents district (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, creamery, florist, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent ...)

For lovers of WILD COAST from home a protected coastal path takes you for a walk of several km on foot or by bike along the ocean and its beautiful rocky coast



Linen and towels provided, beds will be made upon arrival.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.
