TOSSENS: Holiday house 70m² + garden, up to 5 people, top equipment, beach 300m

Welcome to the North Sea resort of Tossens! Our lovingly and with many extras house is located in a very quiet location in the holiday park AIDA, only a good 5 minutes walk from the sea with a sandy beach and about 7 minutes from the Center Parcs and Aqua Mundo. 70 m² of living space are distributed over 3 separate bedrooms for max. 5 people (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed, 1 x single bed - additionally 1 baby travel cot incl. Pillows and duvet available), a bright living room, a spacious dining area as well as a kitchen, shower-bath / toilet, hall and 2 storage rooms. In-house wireless Internet access is available to our guests at no extra charge.

The cozy living room is equipped with a leather sofa and 2 leather armchairs. It has satellite TV / radio, a DVD and BluRay player and a mini hi-fi system (CD player, radio, connection cable for cell phone / computer). A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and family and child-friendly games is available to our guests free of charge during their stay. Towards the garden there is a separate dining area with a large dining table and wicker chairs. A high chair for children (Stokke Tripp Trapp with hanger & leather straps) is available, more can be borrowed if required. Between the dining and living room there is access to the kitchen, which is small but fully equipped (electric stove with 4 hobs and extractor hood, refrigerator with *** freezer, dishwasher, microwave / grill, espresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, fondue) Set and much more).

In the sleeping area there is the brightly tiled, modern bathroom / toilet with corner shower, towel dryer, mirror cabinet and hairdryer. In the hallway, spacious built-in wardrobes and a storage room offer enough storage space for clothes and luggage. From the living and dining area you can see the garden, the dense vegetation with old trees offers perfect privacy to the neighboring properties.

All rooms of the house are on one level, making the house suitable for families with small children as well as for the elderly. A parking space is located directly on the property. 2 bicycles with 3-speed gearshift for adults and a children's bike are also available and can be used by our guests free of charge (there are also several bike rental stations nearby, where eBikes, bike trailers for children, pedal vehicles etc. are available).
