Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house including a double car garage with space for a single car to park inside.

Interaction with Guests
We will be available to answer any and all of your questions, we will also have a property manager who will come to your assistance if need be and she can provide weekly, biweekly and monthly house cleaning services for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood
The neighbors in this area are great. If you need a cup of sugar or anything else they will all go out of their way to lend a hand. A safe and quiet neighborhood, please respect the requested quiet times between 10:00pm and 8:00am!

Getting Around
One of the major advantages of this home is the close proximity to the grocery store. There is a walking path that leads directly to Grocery store, Fletchers tire store, a manicure spa, Ups mailing store, a fantastic Italian restaurant called Babbo and that's only naming a few. If you love to Golf you can walk to Triology golf course. Again the Queen Creek Wash is right outside the front door. An asphalt path that spans 11 miles round trip and is being lengthened in the next few years. Such a great way to stay active!

We will consider allowing a small dog to take residence in our home as well. (Additional fee will apply, please contact me for more details). There is a small doggie door already installed as well as a secured backyard, so hopefully no escapees!

Landlord protected thermostats A.C. units go to a comfortable 74 degrees. Heater to a cozy 71 degrees.
Utilities included year round for extended stays.
