Welcome to our peaceful Lake Livingston waterfront home!

The home is thoughtfully maintained and designed for families, multi-generation stays, and respectful adult groups seeking a relaxing lake experience.

Located in a quiet, full-time residential neighborhood, our home is ideal for guests who value comfort, space, and a calm setting ā€” This two-story lakefront home offers approximately 2,300 square feet of comfortable living space with beautiful lake views, a private dock, and a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Sleeping arrangements (max occupancy: 8 guests):

Primary bedroom: King bed

Second bedroom: Queen bed

Third bedroom: Two bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top)

The layout works especially well for families, multiple couples, or grandparents traveling with children. This community is made up of people who live here and those that have this as their get a way home. Great View of Lake Livingston, The sunsets and full moons views are down right amazing. You have access to a private dock where you can fish or swim. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a game room upstairs and a wonderful covered deck that looks out onto the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom down stairs with additional gaming area. We just added a Tournament Quality JOOLA Ping Pong Table and Tournament Quality Dart Board in the Garage.

A Well-Cared-For Home

We take great pride in our home and have been fortunate to host many 5-star guests since 2021. We are looking for guests who will treat our home with the same care and respect.

Boater Friendly - Our Boat Lift is old so we don't allow boats to use the lift, but boaters are welcome to tie off their boats to the dock.

Disclosure the lake can get rough so be very careful about leaving the area while the boat is tied off to dock. We will not be responsible for Damages to your boat. You may be responsible for damage to our dock.

Our stay at this VRBO on Lake Livingston was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host takes great pride in creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Mike was incredibly friendly, and all of his communication leading up to our stay was extremely helpful ā€” we never even had to contact him during our trip because everything was so clear and well-prepared.What really stood out were the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra amenities made our stay feel luxurious. We especially appreciated the peaceful outdoor spaces, perfect for morning coffee, fishing, or just unwinding by the water.The location is ideal for families. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the easy access to the lake, and the spacious layout that allowed everyone to relax and spread out. Itā€™s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home.Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed 11/7-11/11. House was lovely. Views and sunsets were awe inspiring. We tried our hand at Lake fishing and visited the state park and casino. Neighbors were friendly. Never knew this little slice of heaven was nestled in Texas!

Our "Girls Getaway" was wonderful! The house was beautiful, comfortable and everything we hoped it would be and as the pictures displayed. We are all retired and truly enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing and laid back tranquility of the lake sitting outside early mornings with coffee and watching the birds to evenings watching the beautiful sunsets! Second Time Around!

This was our second time to rent this house and it was just as good the second time around.The only change was that we caught more fish from the dock this time!The property is exactly as described and is in very good condition.The furnishings are nice and there is plenty of room for everyone to either be in the same space or to have a little bit of space to themselves.We especially enjoyed seeing the lake from comfortable seating inside the house or from the covered back deck.

A must stay if you're going to lake Livingston. This house is so peaceful and inviting. The neighborhood is well maintained as well. Our hosts are wonderful as well. The only thing I could say that I didn't like is that we had to leave.

Lake Livingston Haven

My family stayed at this property on Lake Livingston while visiting my elderly mother in Livingston. It was the perfect place for a family reunion. The property is spacious and well appointed upstairs and downstairs. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. The kitchen is huge and well lit. The bathrooms are clean and modern with beautiful showers. Beds were super comfortable. There is a sitting room upstairs with TV as well as lovely living room. The heaters kept us cozy and warm in all rooms. The garage features a ping pong table and dart board which we used avidly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
