Great Home! Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, beautiful and well maintained home. It was close to all the Suncadia fun (sledding hill, lodge and ice skating) and just steps to endless miles of trails to explore. We loved hanging in the hot tub with the snow kissed trees and playing air hockey and ping pong in the garage! The only disappointing part (if there even was one) is that it states: “well equipped kitchen” however, it was lacking basic items like a corkscrew to open wine with and kitchen/cooking tongs, larger serving platters and bowls for a crowd (like for chips/fruit, etc). I think by adding these few and inexpensive items—you literally have delivered an amazing vacation home!

Well stocked, and made use of the game room and hot tub. Reasonable walk to the Lodge and to Swiftwater. Vacation Rental 365 staff was very responsive to our requests, and saved some money using VR365 instead of VRBO. I would recommend this rental and booking through VR365 again.

My son enjoyed the games in garage and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Houses are close to one-another, but efforts were put in place to provide privacy. Walkable to main Lodge, the Inn and Sledding Hill. We lucked out with some nice snow while we were there. Communication was great from the property manager. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Location

This house has a wonderful location. We could walk across the street to a play ground, trails and the golf course to sled. It was pretty clean and a good size for our party of 6.

Great spot to relax

Great house for our family and dog. Plenty of room, stocked kitchen, super fun game room and EV charger all made our trip enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive during our stay, checking in if we needed anything and the checkout process was easy.

Great relaxing stay

We enjoyed the property very much. We came over to golf with friends for a few days and then enjoyed the weekend with our spouses. The house was in a great location and had everything that was listed. Would definitely rent again.

Long weekend with our moms

Very relaxing and peaceful getaway. Great walking paths for our 80 year old moms. The house was comfortable and cozy. We LOVED the pop a shot and ping pong!

BEWARE OF PROPERTY THEFT

We forgot an item when we checked out and promptly reported it as instructed in the checkout emails. The house cleaners reported that they didn’t find the item. We later tracked the lost item to a nearby neighborhood. The property managers have not been helpful in reclaiming the lost item.

Perfect family weekend

So impressed with our accommodations, this home is beautiful, comfortable and fun! We came to play in the snow and we thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace for the ambience too. The owner was very fast answering any questions. This was one of my favorite places to stay to date. We loved the game room which was a big hit with the grandson, the perfect touch. On a final note, the kitchen is well equipped we made large family meals with ease. We wood love to come back in the summer, thank you.

As advertised

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The home is nearby the resort (where we had friends staying), but was reasonably priced and much better than staying in the hotel. Two of our kiddos traveled with us, and they loved the play/game room. The property managers were accessible and very polite. We didn't need any assistance, but it was good to know they were there. We came in the fall, and the turning leaves made for a beautiful trip. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for having us.

Bed was comfortable and quiet house/neighborhood. Great garage fun, and pack n play and high chair was awesome adders too!Only a few small things: Dishwasher needs to be fixed or replaced, pillows are too big and not comfortable, unfortunate no access to suncadia pools renting this path with vrbo (but we still found a way...).Due to no easy pool access I may not Rent this way in the future.
