- A mezzanine with two single beds and a fan.

- An uncovered and unenclosed private numbered parking space within the residence secured by an automated gate.

The apartment is ideally located in Marseillan-Plage, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
