Wonderful condo. Considered proximity to the airport to be a positive. But the property is directly in the line of the airport takeoff pattern so there was loud jet takeoff noise often throughout the day. Luckily no planes leave late at night. Otherwise everything was just perfect!

Fabulous Place!

Beautiful condo and great location!

It was perfect, close to Jackson, airport and GTNP. We even had Elk across the street. It was so clean and kitchen was completely stocked and ready to be used. I guess the only down size which it does say in listing is that there is only one parking space. The manager was great to work with and helped come up with a solution for us.

Great Spot to visit Grand Teton, Yellowstone, and Jackson!

My wife and I loved this townhome just north of Jackson. It was the perfect size for us (even a little big, which is not a problem!) and in the perfect location to hit up Grand Teton, Yellowstone, and also Jackson. Loved the wood burning fireplace, which we did use!

Jackson Retreat

We had a great time in Jackson. The home was well appointed, immaculate, and in a great location near the airport and a short drive into town. We saw 40-50 elk out our back window one morning, and six moose just a half-mile away. The coffee bar at the ready was a nice touch, as were the laundry detergent, dish detergent, linens and etc. all provided so we didn't have to purchase on-site. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Perfect vacation

Location location! This is so close to the airport, it took us barely 10 minutes to get to. Very helpful when you have an early flight out, also. The condo was very clean, large kitchen, stocked with everything our family of 4 needed. The living room looks out to a gorgeous view of tall trees, golf course and a small creek runs through the back. We would definitely stay here again!

GC12 was outstanding....

GC12 was a great place to stay. Very close to the Jackson Hole and GTNP area like we needed. We didn't fly into the Jackson Hole airport;however, this place is probably a mile away from it. Next time!!! Accommodations were are described and pictured with no surprises.

Exceeded Expectations

Even though this is a condo/townhome community, the arrangement of the units makes you feel like you are all alone in the woods. Great outdoor space to conclude a long day - comes with a stream, a view, and wildlife. The interior is grade A mountain cabin feel. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to the park, airport, and Jackson. Book it, you won't regret.

Perfect location and accommodations!

Loved it! Open living area with dining table for work or meals! Deer passing thru the area was better than any TV but the TV was awesome too! Loved every single thing about it! Closer to Tetons and Yellowstone than the Jackson locations. We felt so at home. Management was awesome every step of the way! I feel like there have been some updates they may not have been in the pictures! Anyway! Would stay here a 100 times if we could! Our first trip to the Jackson Hole area and it was perfection!

Nice home near Tetons and Jackson

Golf Creek 12 is a nicely updated condo minutes from the Jackson airport, Moose Junction, and Jackson. The home is a good option for 4-6 people with the caveat that after the two bedrooms the third sleeping area is an open loft that will get plenty of light early. We had some issues with a living room heater that would not shut off (led to an 81 degree living room by the end of the day). It is also difficult to contact a local agent to assist with issues. Overall, though, this a good place to stay with close proximity to the above mentioned areas at a more affordable price point than a lot of places within Jackson proper. If the heater and communication issues are remedied, I would rate this as 4.5-5 stars.

Charles, thank you for the review. we are glad you enjoyed the condo and the location. The heater has a cutoff switch at the bottom of the thermostat. The local manager left a message for you with this information when they were unable to reach you. We are sorry the heater wasn't functioning properly. Perfect Spot - Perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Planning our trip to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone was a bit overwhelming – where to start, where to stay? Settling on Golf Creek 12 just outside of Jackson was one of the best decisions I made. I was initially a bit concerned about the proximity to the airport, but otherwise the location seemed perfect: outside the hustle and bustle of the town, but close to everything that we wanted to see and do. While we did hear the occasional plane overhead, Golf Creekis quiet and peaceful. We did not see any large wildlife, but others saw moose in the Gros Ventre area which is close to Golf Creek. An important part of the vacation rental experience is dealing with the agency. This became all the more clear because of a thoroughly unpleasant experience we recently had with Coastal Hideaways in Santa Barbara, CA. One could not imagine more of a contrast: Mountain Property Management was a delight to deal with. When I first contacted them, the agent was extremely helpful in guiding me to the unit she felt would best match what we were looking for. The agency is also quite honest, sending us a refund check when there was a change (unbeknownst to us, of course) in the tax structure that affects those rentals. Actually, since everything went so smoothly from start to finish there is not much to say about MPM. On the other hand, there is a lot to say about Golf Creek 12, which I am sure, is because of the expertise and commitment of MPM and the owners. As I said, the community is well located and peaceful. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches from the “welcome wagon” (literally a small Conestoga wagon) filled with goodies to the bear spray and everything needed to make a fire – both in the fireplace and charcoal grill. There were tons of fluffy white towels, and more than enough “starter” supplies in the kitchen, baths, and laundry area. I would not change a thing and would definitely stay at Golf Creek 12

AMAZING VIEWS!

We.came for my husband’s 50th birthday. The views were AMAZING! The condo was perfect! The decorator was right on! This condo was PERFECT! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Beds slept great. Showers were amazing! We saw so many amazing animals. Deer, elk, fox, coyote, ground squirrels,, and ravens each day. Truly spectacular for a city girl! We are definitely coming back!
