Overall a good experience, there were a few things broken but when emailing the management team they sent someone out to fix it! Never got a QR code that worked to get through the gates but thankfully the exit one was broken or someone else had opened the gate for us to go in!

Spacious and clean

A beautiful spacious and clean home! We loved having to pool and trash was picked up each morning. I highly recommend this rental.

Great for family

House was really nice, big rooms , we stay over a week there, we had a great time, the only thing is u have to pay for the grill to use and the pool to be heat, and get all supplies for the house ( papers goods, trash bags, laundry detergent, things like that) but it was great we really enjoy, management is very nice, answer all our questions . We had no problem at the house , we will be back for sure . Thank u so much for let our family stay at your place .

Poor internet service

The overall stay was decent. The internet did not work, the grill was dirty, and the cleaniness was not the best. Maintenence never came to look at wifi connection and the gate code did not work for the entrance.

Vacation-3 couples

Property is well situated in close proximity to Disney and 30 mins from Universal. Easy drive to both. Property was clean and lots of room for our three couples. Check-in at security was confusing as gate security was unaware of process. We never did get a gate pass. Just buzzed everytime and got access no problem.The house is in Storey Lake Resort which is a large resort. We had to drivre to the clubhouse. The clubhouse pool and lazy river were nice. The house itself is backing on a busy resort access street so cars are a constant noise while relaxing by the house pool. We did get sort of used to it but depends on what you are looking for. The sun is present on the pool in the am but mostly gone by 4pm. Overall, the size of house and location close to everything was positive. The noise from the street was the main challenge. Both masters are also on the back of the house.

Dirty house

parking situation: The entrance to the park is a trama. Gate hardly to open with code. There really needs to be security in the park because many short term residents use the park as a party until 3am. sleeping impossible. situation house: Had to buy cleaning supplies first. House was dirty from previous tenants. Carpets totally messed up with spots. Toilet paper not available. This house is not recommended.

Poor Communication

The property is nice, the communication with my check-in was less than satisfactory, the property was listed as sanitized, and it was not sanitized, it was old food left from the previous renter in the oven,the linen did not smell like it was cleaned,I told management and all they did was send a housekeeper who did nothing but ask one question and left. I asked her about some other issues and I never heard anything else from management , so once they get your money they don’t care the gated entrance was broke, and they don’t enforce any rules, in the community because it was parties going on all night long, so if you want peace and quiet this is not the location you want.

AWFUL do NOT rent

This is by far the WORST management company I’ve ever dealt with having stayed in many VRBOs in the US. The house wouldn’t cool below 77 and the back sliding door wouldn’t lock (super nice from a safety concern). Both were reported to the management company the same night we checked in and neither were fixed. I had to call a second time the next day when I still hasn’t gotten a returned call from the night before. I have multiple pictures of the thermostat at 77 from midnight to early in the morning. The first time I called the company said they new the AC unit was too small for the place and couldn’t keep up but of course the supervisor denied that when I FINaLLY got her on the phone. DO NOT RENT

Probably would stay again.

Check in process was awful. They sent an email with entry code that I never received, didn’t know you had to check in at gate. So I had two kids with me and it took us almost 2 hours to get inside the house due to check in being after hours, getting a hold of someone was awful. So be prepared PRIOR to arrival- you need a lock code to get inside the house and you have to check in at the main gate upon arrival. House was beautiful, pay attention to minor damages and take pics so you don’t get blamed- service is spotty so definitely use wifi. House was gorgeous. Neighborhood is beautiful. Close to everything. Once check in was taken care of, our stay was absolutely perfect- now that we know what we’re doing and what to expect. Bring extra toilet paper, and extra trash bags. Cups and plates and cutlery is provided but we bought plastic to save on doing dishes and using the dishwasher. Definitely pay for pool heat, at least for the few first days- pool is enclosed so it doesn’t get as much sun/heat as you would think. Ice cream truck comes by frequently- so bring cash. Bedrooms were nice. Towels are the small hotel ones so if you want big ones bring your own. It was decently clean but definitely can tell the house is used frequently. So if you have OCD or are a germaphobe, bring your own sheets, towels, blankets all of that-. Pool has removable safety netting. It’s clean. Overall decent experience and would stay here again.

Spacious House, Not well kept

The house is perfect for large groups with several bedrooms and many bathrooms. The home owner was very communicative and helpful for the most part. The hot tub was not heated as requested and paid, and when heated luke warm. Finally, on our last day it was corrected. The owner agreed to refund for the portion we were not able to use. This was a huge disappointment since our only "free" days were the first two days of our trip. The house is not well kept. Thick dust, and some bugs in one of the bedrooms. It is such a nice home, it's unfortunate the cleaning crews don't do their jobs and are not held accountable. Major complaint: we had to buy SO many things to stay for 6 days. There was NO extras of anything. Plan to buy toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent (if needing), dish and dishwasher soap, No kleenex, and few bath towels and washcloths. No extra garbage bags. We also had to buy hangers as we had business attire and nothing to hand clothing on. (seems like some of these things could be provided as a courtesy.) Lastly, the house next door to us was broken into during broad daylight. The house was locked fully, and many things were taken. The police were notified. The community pool is not within walking distance from this house. You cannot bring floaties, snacks, etc. into this pool. There is a smaller more quiet pool close.

Great for large groups

The house is exactly as pictured, and is situated within a newer development in the Kissimmee area called Storey Lake. The house has a slight chemical smell upon entry, likely due to all of the cleaning that is done in between guests, but it quickly disappears after settling in. All of the rooms were clean upon arrival, and the carpets had fresh lines so you could tell they were freshly vacuumed. The house had basic amenities (bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, small coffee maker and blender). Anything beyond (like cooking oil, tin foil) will need to be purchased on your own. Pool heat can only be requested 2 days prior to arrival, and when I tried to request it exactly 2 days prior to my arrival, there was no response and could not reach someone live. The phone number listed for the management group had a voice mailbox that was full, and could only interact with an agent through whatsapp. Fortunately, their whatsapp account seems to be managed well and was able to get a response fairly quickly most of the time. This was important as we arrived after 9pm on check-in day and the keypad code did not work, and an agent responded fairly quickly with a new code that opened the door. Also to note, this was not the originally booked property. The original property had leakage and we were requested to switch to this house the day before check-in. Information on the new house (this property) and refund amount was provided prior to the agreement to switch, and they also included free pool heat and grill use, which was appreciated. At the time of this review (5 days after checkout/10 days after agreeing to switch), my refund is still pending.

The house looked brand new. It was in a great location inside the sub and near all of the parks. We had an amazing time!
