Are you looking for the perfect spot for a getaway? Our "Family Tides" Beach House is your vacation paradise! A lovely space to unwind and relax. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the Treasure Cost via this clean, sunny house.

We know having high-quality towels, a comfortable mattress, a nice coffee setup, and more can make the difference between a happy guest and a bad experience, and that’s why we offer you the best.

We have new furniture, mattress and pillow encasements, suitcase holders, and hangers.

We provide towels, hairdryers, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, gel, soap, and spare bathroom necessities).

Kitchen
We offer a fully equipped kitchen, with kitchen appliances and glassware to ensure you have everything you would need to cook a meal.
Dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers (American, Espresso, French press), rice maker, slow cooker, pressure cooker, blender, pots and pans, oven trays, basic kitchen supplies, porcelain dinnerware set, glassware, melamine dinnerware set, and more…

Patio/Backyard
Spend time outside, in our relaxing Heated pool. The patio is perfect for grilling out. Grill and Grilling utensils are provided.
We also have pool toys, chairs, & umbrellas; bikes, and board games for kids and adults.

Laundry Room
You will have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Freshly washed beach towels will be also provided.

We have an age requirement of 21 years or older to book.

We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines. We have increased the scope of our cleaning at the house to include deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL areas. We cover the tables, floors, sheets, chairs, shelves, racks, carpets, bedding, mattresses, doorknobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We will be more than happy to try and accommodate any special request, so please don’t be afraid to ask.
