PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
As far as the layout and amenities, things are looking pretty good:
- A tasteful decoration with upscale equipment, carefully selected by the property owners to offer a “showroom” effect like nowhere else.
- A beautiful living room, with direct access to the garden, with a sofa and a smart TV.
- The exquisite garden with a dining table for up to 8 people and a patio lounge set.
- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve wonderful meals, or just to make wonderful coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine, and its own dining table for 4 people.
- A first bedroom with a queen size bed, storage space and closet/dressing, which opens directly to the terrace.
- A bathroom with tub.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, storage and closet/dressing as well, this one opening to the back of the garden.
- Separate toilets.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After just a short distance down your street, the Avenue Notre Dame des Pins, you will be able to enjoy the following activities:
- Reach the center of Cannes within 6 or 7 minutes by car to either check out all the upscale boutiques on the Rue d’Antibes or go to the steps of the Palais Des Congrés, get there in about 20 minutes on foot.
- Drive a little further and visit the town of Juan-Les-Pins to enjoy its beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants, within less than 15 minutes.
- Get on the coastal highway autoroute A8 for a day trip to visit the perfume factories in Grasse, the famous Promenade des Anglais in Nice or the bay of Monaco.
And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
