Great view of the ocean, loved that the pools and tiki bar stayed open until 11pm. There is a small kitchen with a stove and dishes/silverware/pots and pans, they provide soap but do not provide a sponge, which was the only negative thing about the stay. I would stay here again, even without the sponge lol.

This was 2nd time staying here and both times rooms, location and area were great. Can walk to several shops, restaurants, attractions, great location.

Wonderful experience

Quick overnight stay visiting our son. Check in process was quick and everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect if you're wanting to be on the center of it all.

Wedding vacation

We came to town to visit for a wedding, property amenities & location were fantastic, but the room could use some updates. The outlets didnt hold anything in the plugs so our phone charger and the plug for my husbands cpap constantly fell out of the wall.

Outdated decor but super clean

AAA 3-diamond resort so donā€™t expect more. Staff was super friendly. Place was exceptionally clean. Facility was a little dated but given amount of time we actually spent in the room, it was fine. Awesome location.

I LOVED the location.

The kiddie pool and tiki bar was some favs. It rained bad one day we were there so pools were closed but the bar was not. Once lighting was cleared it was all back opened. LOCATION was the best. We had dinner on the pier and went to our room to watch the fireworks. Never had to move my vehicle the whole stay.

Holiday at the Pavilion

Room was nice and staff pleasant. Went for a quick stay with 11 year old. Only complaint room balcony is located just above the kiddie pool area that has a running mushroom like fountain that prevent you from hearing the ocean tides. No big deal just needed to walk down to beach. Could not beat the price

Outdated

The room is outdated for the price they are charging. The bed is a full not a queen. There is no outlets next to the bed to charge your phone. The air conditioner sounded like a loud broken muffler. Woke up each time it came on. The tub was dirty. There was a dirty bath mat in the restroom.

Great Stay - Horrible Check-In

We had a great stay and communicating with the VRBO Host was extremely convenient and fast communication. AAA+++ Upon getting to the hotel 15 minutes before Check-In time, we were told that housekeeping was running behind and that we would need to wait. We asked about upgrading to a different room that was already cleaned, but were told since we booked through VRBO that we could not complete ANY upgrades. Another VRBO booker also ran into horrible service with the front desk due to booking through VRBO (they were told to not even ask for more towels since they booked through VRBO). We finally got into our room at 5:45pm - we waited for 2 full hours. Others checking in that booked directly with the hotel were able to get into their rooms immediately. We were also required to pay a $150.00 Security Deposit since we booked through VRBO. Were were told it could be used as a credit at the pool bar, coffee shop, etc., but when we tried to do so, we were told differently. This Deposit was credited back at the end of our stay, but was very frustrating that we could not use it like we were instructed.

On the beach and boardwalk

I booked at the last minute on a vacation with my kids, we were planning as we went. The room is in a hotel right off the boardwalk and beach, location was great. I didn't realize it was Carolina Country Music Festival on the days we were there. Room was dated and always felt a bit humid even with the air on, but I assume that is because it is right off the beach. It was loud at night with the music from the pool area below us and the restaurant bar next to us. It did have a small kitchenette with minimal cooking and eating things to use. We did notice that there were always people using the pool areas that weren't guests at the hotel (sometimes groups of 10 or more people) and they were always loud and not very respectful of the property, pools and guests. When I asked staff about it, was told that they can't say much due to issues with perceived discrimination those people claimed from the staff when asked if they were guests of the hotel or were asked to show a room key. Quite sad really.

Nice weekend get away

My husband and our 7 year old really enjoyed our weekend get away. Our view was amazing and my daughter loved seeing the pelicans fly by! The pools were amazing and not over crowded.

Great Stay!

The location was everything. Very convenient and loved being at the boardwalk. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. Really appreciated the front desk for making sure we had the room we desired on a higher floor. Will definitely be revisiting.
