Just a 5 Minute drive to Beaches or 24 mins to Downtown St. Pete. . Home sleeps up to 12 guests. Phenomenal well thought-out outside recreational area including a massiveTiki Hut, new pool, putting green, giant chess board + fire pit. And the inside is professionally decorated and stunning. We have set the stage for a beautiful vacation experience! Option to heat pool for additional fee seasonally (oct-april).

MAXIMUM STAY: Our maximum stay is 10 days. We do not do extended stays. Sorry.

HOME OVERVIEW:
This unforgettable 3 bedroom + 2 bath home is nestled in a beach residential neighborhood-----a 5 minute drive to the beaches! The open concept of this beautiful home makes it spacious and inviting and the clean, vacation décor gives you something to talk about and a "welcome to the beach" type of feeling. Stream your TV favorites on one of the Smart televisions--there is one in every room of the home as well as in the tiki hut! We provide wifi but no cable package. There is a large kitchen and in addition to the large living room there is also a separate den with a coffee bar! The coffee bar has a Keurig and a mini fridge for your cold beverages. We have another tv above the beverage bar!


OUTSIDE AMENITIES:
Step outside of the dining sliding doors into the heart of this home. In addition to the beautiful dipping pool, there is a huge tiki hut with an outdoor TV and a 4 hole putting green. The dipping POOL has seating around the sides. There is a a large dining table outside, too. You will enjoy the tropical landscaping surrounding these amenities. Head toward the paved pathway and you'll find yourself on another side of the house that offers yet more outdoor amenities! A huge fire pit, gas grill and an oversized chess board (we have oversized checkers too)!


MAXIMUM GUESTS IS TWELVE:
Master Bedroom:. King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom #1: TWO Queen Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Bedroom #2: TWO Full Beds (sleeps 4)
Upon request we have a foldable memory foam full size guest mattress that sleeps 1-2.


POOL DETAILS: Our pool is professionally cleaned twice every week! The pool is not large--they call it a "cocktail pool". It's 4' deep and has great seating benches around the sides.


OPTION TO HEAT POOL: You have the option for a heated pool at an additional cost. Please contact Host as cost varies depending on time of year and length of stay. This heated option is available Oct-April.


PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee of $150 covers up to 2 pets. No cats are permitted.


BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Due to limited availability, notify host at least 7 days prior to ensure availability with the service company. Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.
