The holiday apartment house Villa Kamila in Miedzywodzie-Zastań with a total of 4 apartments and a guest room was built in 2013 and is located on a lake, Caminner Haff, with access to it. The beautiful white sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 1800 m away and can be reached in about 3 minutes by car. Each apartment was individually equipped. The kitchens are fully equipped, and even the LED TVs are received by German channels. All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail. Each apartment has its own entrance, two or three rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, either a terrace or a balcony or a direct exit to the private property. Electric window shutters (partially, possibly also electr. Windows), a house intercom and underfloor heating are also part of the equipment.

Please note that times marked as 'free' in the calendar can also mean that not all residential units are available (it may be that only two residential units or only one residential unit is free! )
General: In the newly built house we rent a total of 3 apartments and a separate guest room. You can book three apartments and the guest room together or individually. The apartment (non-smoking) up to 6 people is exclusive and bright. It has a large living room with an open kitchen and dining area, a shower room with a washing machine and two separate bedrooms.
In one bedroom there is a large double bed, closet and balcony access to the balcony (with chairs and balcony table). The second bedroom has two single beds, large closet, two bedside tables, each with a table lamp, shelf, and an electric window. The house has underfloor heating everywhere. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and much more. will leave nothing to be desired. We hope that we have thought of everything. In the living room there are two fold-out sofas on which 2 people can sleep comfortably. The apartment has two balconies with tables and chairs. A small garden, two barbecue areas with garden furniture and of course a free parking space in the fenced private property (1 parking space for each apartment) can of course also be used. For our younger guests there is also a free travel cot and high chair available.
