As for the living rooms, a large open kitchen opens onto a beautiful veranda and a large living room (table football, library and sofas). Finally, a large games room completes the whole with billiards, TV and darts (a ping-pong table in the large garage completes the leisure activities available).

The outbuilding is composed of a double bedroom (on the first floor) with a shower room (including a toilet) while upstairs is a double bedroom (2 single beds).

Outside, the terrace (veranda side) overlooks a wooded plot and a beautiful heated swimming pool (from May to September) and secured (electric shutter).

The 1200 m2 plot is fully fenced, so vehicles can be parked there and children can have fun in complete safety. The large parking space also offers the possibility of playing petanque.

Leisure & Shops:
A 5-minute walk away is all the local shops (bakery, butcher, bar/tobacconists, Spar, bike rental).
You can also get around very easily by bike and in complete safety thanks to the many cycle paths that reach the beaches through the woods.
La Palmyre is 5 minutes away by car with its famous zoological park but also the Luna Park, the equestrian centers & the racecourse, the two golf courses, the go-kart and quad track...
