Cabin had everything we needed and more. Was a great place to unwind, cook dinner and sit around a fire after 5 grueling days of riding motorcycles in the beautiful surrounding mountains. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great stay

Great property. Lots of space and comfy beds. So nice to have most of the basics provided, soap, linens, garbage bags etc. Would stay again. Waterfall is beautiful.

Amazing house for family stay.

The house was immaculate. Well stocked as far as linens, towels, cooking/eating utensils, games, TVs, firewood. Everything was there.

Perfect Getaway!

This "HOME" was a great find on VRBO for our vacation. I say that because home is what it felt like. From the Amenities to the the Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Cleanliness this place was perfect. Thanks Kristy!!

Amazing Stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Main purpose of the trip was to drive the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, and other nice twisty roads in NC and TN. This property was centrally located to all the roads I wanted to drive. House was very clean and well stocked. Kristy was very quick to respond to any of my questions/requests. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Mountain Escape Paradise!

Region is spectacular, roads there peaceful with creeks everywhere, house is charming & practical with amazing views, and is built and furnished/decorated so nicely with little special touches to make it so homey - firepit, comfy beds, couches, wine, everything - would definitely recommend! What a stay!!

We had an incredible time satying at the cabin. The owners are friendly and warm people. The cabin was very clean and stocked up. Beds are very comfortable, views are incredible. Kristy and her sons are super sweet. Thank you for the beyblade. My son plays with them every day! This is truly a fantastic cabin to stay in with your family! One of the best cabins we have stayed so far.

Motorcycle trip with the boys

The property was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Nothing was missing in the house: The only thing that could probably be better is the WiFi. We caught a full day of rain and the internet was barely working but I guess it’s a product of living in secluded places. Also, there should probably be an ashtray on the balcony so renters don’t leave cigarette buts all over the property. We saw a few on the deck, maybe from previous guests.

Thank you for your sweet review Paul. I am so happy you and the boys had a wonderful time riding through the beautiful TN Smoky mountains. It was so nice meeting you and your crew! The county is currently installing new, bigger poles that can accommodate high speed wifi in this area which has been highly anticipated. I am so sorry you saw cig. butts on the deck. We have a wonderful cleaning company that cleans but they must a missed a couple. Please know cleanliness is our upmost priority and are always available anytime with any concerns. You can always call us and we will make sure you are well taken care of. We would absolutely love the opportunity to host you and your friends again.

Nearly everything we needed.Beds were comfortable, towels and bed linens were soft and smelled fine. The provided soaps and other things you'd occasionally forget were all there even a First aid kit in the laundry room. That we didn't need but it was nice to know it was there.The only thing we could have used that wasn't there was an electric kettle or a pyrex measuring cup so we could make our mid-day tea.We braved the coffee maker and Keurig but they have seen enough brewing that it wasn't just hot water that came through. So we just used the supplied mugs and the microwave instead which was a bit messy but the single basin sink made it easy enough. The host also left some complementary snacks, easy to prepare biscuits, and drinks in the fridge. We were really only in the lodgings after dinner and had brought our normal breakfasts with us though so we didn't need them.While steep and imposing looking the driveway is easily navigated even in a sports car if you're careful. If you're driving a truck or SUV you'll be just fine.The path down to the firepit and overflow parking area between the cabins could be better. There are not any gravel, pavers, or steps and the slope down to them from the lower porch has been worn down by previous visitors and erosion making it not easily navigated.

Family Time!

WOW!!!

Kristy left no stone unturned, the attention to detail was amazing. The cabin truly has it all, including food for breakfast and snacks. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We originally planned to hike, but opted to spend the day on the porch and the evening by the fire pit. We hope to come back soon when we have more time.

Just perfect

The Cabin was very clean, super well stocked and lacked nothing. Although our kids are older now, we noticed that the owner(s) went to great lengths to make sure families with small children will have everything they need. The kitchen is stocked with sippie cups, plastic children's cups, plates, and trays. There are plenty of toys available as well as family friendly DVD's. We even noticed what appeared to be a pack-n-play in one of the closets. Also, there were plenty of snacks, and the fridge was stocked with OJ, Milk and fresh eggs. The pantry has all the normal spices (Salt, pepper, sugar, garlic salt, etc.) and the Fridge had condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo etc. Overall, a super place to stay and very reasonably priced and everything you might need already supplied.

Home Away From Home

The entire experience at this cabin was perfect! The views were breathtaking, the cabin was very clean and all of the little extra touches made it very homey. We will definitely tell all of our friends about it and I'm sure we will be back!

Waterfall and a Smoky Mountain View

We truly enjoyed this property which wasn’t far from the Smoky Mountain National Park! It has a great deck with a beautiful view and a tranquil waterfall!

A perfect getaway!

This property could not have been more perfect! Kristy has thought of everything. The house is furnished so well and the outside space is a perfect hang out area with a large covered porch with plenty of seating. We enjoyed our time so much and look forward to another visit there next year!

I am a married, working mom of 4 wonderful children. We lead very busy lives, but love to go to the waterfall house for a get away. The kids love to play in the creeks and catch minnows and crawfish and we like to grill out by the fire-pit and relax.
