Your small house (40m2 + beautiful terrace and small garden) is in the heart of the wine region, AOC Patrimonio, a few minutes from the small port of ST Florent or the charming village of Oletta. Not far from the fine sandy beaches of the Agriates desert. It is an annex in the heart of the farm, you will be quietly lulled by the song of the birds....
The building is not glued to or underneath a house.
The only thing that may surprise you is the presence of animals because you are in a small farm, sheep, donkeys, horses, chickens, cats and dogs surround us so animal lovers welcome!

It is a nice little apartment on one level with a spacious terrace under the trees. Also you will have access to a beautiful and large communal swimming pool, 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.
The room accommodates a couple in a Queen size bed next to a small daybed that can make an extra bed for a child (max 10/12 years old), adjoining bathroom (large shower) with washing machine.
Functional kitchen with dishwasher and oven in bright living room. Comfortable and peaceful You will be immersed in the countryside of the Nebbiu valley, surrounded by farm animals, but barely 10 minutes by car from the tourist places! (St Florent, hiking, beaches of the Agriates desert, Cap Corse, Bastia)
