What an awesome location! Fantastic views of the ocean with a nice breeze. Short walk to Scarborough made days at the beach a breeze, especially with young kids. Jason was excellent with quick responses. Big bonus having an outdoor shower too!

What an amazing property! The owner went above and beyond to greet us with a beautiful gift and made us feel welcome! The home was clean and modern. We have stayed in this neighborhood for 20 years and this was the best property to date!

Great Property

We stayed here mid July with our kids and their friends. Property was great, short walk to the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from the back deck. Property was very clean and updated. I was a little nervous about there not being AC however with the windows open and ceiling fans on, the house stayed nice and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

One an view with walk to beach!

This property is very clean and up to date. Beautiful kitchen, comfy couches in the living room, bedrooms have nice size beds, and the second floor deck provides a beautiful view of the ocean and an ocean breeze. The owner is helpful and leaves nice welcome gifts upon arrival. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful, relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

Great Accommodations, Great Location.

We rented the house looking for a reasonably priced home close to the beach and we were very pleased with our choice. We also took advantage of the area with day trips to Roger Williams Zoo, Mystic Aquarium, and Block Island. The house looked recently updated and was very clean. We didn’t need Jason, but appreciated that he was always a text away. Thanks for having this family of four for a week. We had a blast.

Wonderful location

Our family had the best week in this house. Just a 10 min walk to Scarborough (prob closer but we have a 5 and 7 year old). Everything was clean and in good working order. Jason was extremely responsive and even surprised us with some treats!

Great location

Great location, just a quick walk to Scarborough beach. The house is very clean with new furniture and decor, and Jason and his family were wonderful to work with. All questions were answered and resolved quickly. The ocean view from the deck is gorgeous,and was our favorite place to gather. In general, the sea breeze kept the house cool even without A/C, but we would bring some fans next time. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jason!

Just Perfect!!

This is our second year staying here! The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Walk to the beach makes for a stress free day as you can come go easily back and forth. The view and listening to waves crashing from the living room and deck are just an added bonus!! Also the house is so airy with a beautiful breeze and ceiling fans, never once did we wish we had air conditioning. Jason is a great host. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Excellent beach house for our 3 generation family of 8. Five houses from an awesome beach and an ice cream stand. Did dinner almost every night on the deck looking at the sea. Super clean, well-equipped, comfy beds, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living space. Owner was immediately responsive to our questions. Would go back n a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach Vaca!

Beautiful home, perfect size for our needs! Open and airy and never got too hot with the powerful fans going. The outdoor shower is a must use! My daughter had 5 friends spend a night during the week for her 16th birthday and they all had a blast! Easy walk to Scarborough South. Dad's Ice Cream is a 2 min walk. The views of the ocean were great and the sound of the waves crashing at night was soothing. Friendly neighborhood, great host! Thank you Jason, for everything! Highly recommend, A+ stay!

The best rental experience of our lives.

This property is spacious, clean and comfortable, walking distance to beach and two restaurants. There is an outdoor shower which is incredibly convenient after the beach. The ocean view from the deck and TV room window is beautiful. Nothing short of 5 stars all-around. However, that is nothing compared to the hospitality we experienced from Jay. We came in to homemade cookies, a bottle of wine, a bowl of candy and a handwritten card from him. His father knocked on the door the next morning with fresh homemade Italian pizzas. Jay gave me his phone number so I could call or text him anytime with anything we needed. He responded immediately with any questions we had and was the kindest, most personable host we have ever dealt with. His hospitality alone made us want to return. The incredible house was just a bonus!

Great Scarborough Beach Stay!

We were very happy with our stay at Jason’s house. The location can’t be beat. You’re steps from the beach, not to mention pizza and ice cream. The house was super clean from top to bottom. When we arrived we were greeted with a hand written note from Jason, and some wonderful welcoming gifts. 😊 The kitchen was well equipped for family meals and we enjoyed dining on the deck overlooking the ocean a few times. We made use of the grill to cook fresh sea bass that my husband caught on a charter boat nearby. There are a multitude of fantastic restaurants in the area to enjoy when you don’t want to cook too. The house is exactly as pictured, with comfortable furniture and mattresses. The outdoor shower was enjoyed by several of us throughout our stay. Jason was quick to respond with any questions I had prior to our stay. He was also available if we had questions or problems during our stay, but we didn’t need to contact him since everything was in good working order. This was our third trip to Scarborough Beach, it is a great spot for a family vacation. We hope to enjoy this home again someday.

Fantastic house just steps to the beach!

What a fantastic, immaculate beach rental! Our family of 4 stayed for a week, and loved that we could walk to Scarborough Beach in just a few minutes, we could see the ocean from multiple spots in the house, and we could easily drive to tons of great food and other beaches. The waves at Scarborough Beach were huge a few days (our kids are 10 and 6), so we drove about 5 minutes to Roger Wheeler Beach, which we loved. Parking was easy and only $12 for out-of-staters. On our one rainy day, we drove to the Mystic Aquarium, which was a hit with the littles. Our favorite meal was at Georges of Galilee - go early to avoid the wait. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Perfect Beach Vacation Location!

We walked onto the beach every day from the house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing beach vacation. I started every morning and ended my day with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The communication and detailed information from the owner was very helpful. My family will be staying here again!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful week close to the beach. You can’t beat the location and the outdoor shower was a great. The house was spotless and had most everything needed. Nightstands in the bedrooms would be a good addition for the future. While there isn’t A/C, the ceiling fans helped to keep the house tolerable on a particularly hot week.

Narragansett Beach Vacation Rental
