Welcome to The Barn House! This cozy gambrel will surprise you with way more than meets the eye. Centrally located in North Conway off of Thompson Road, the location is perfect for shopping, skiing, you can walk to nearby Pudding Pond Trails, dining, and more. Inside the home has tons of space, with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a nice sized kitchen and dining room.

Enjoy soft beds, luxury linens, comfortable seating, hot tub, 55” and 65” Smart HDTVs, Wii, Xbox 360, fire pit, screened in porch, deck, gas grill, pool table, wifi, cable, keyless entry with custom code.

The space:
The guests use the whole house which has plenty of privacy but also great gathering spaces and is very private with great views.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property which includes a game room and screened in area with hot tub!

Other things to note:
The key code for the length of your stay is the last four digits of your phone number so you’ll never forget your access code. The location is minutes from everything North Conway has to offer but feels very private.

Relaxing time away

This house was great and exactly what we needed to relax. The house was very clean and the hot tub was in a great location for use. I would recommend this to everyone that likes Conway and looking to be in a location near everything.

Staying in at the barn in the woods was quit and cozy , from my cozy comfortable beds and hot tub

I took daily hikes , in the am with my service dog and watched the squirrels bring the babies from tree to tree. And run into town shopping and just hanging out .was a great stay .... .

Host was fabulous and very responsive! Overall it was a great place and we would stay again, but we were disappointed that specific listed amenities, that our kids were most excited about, weren’t available. Two rooms with bunk beds are listed, only one room had bunks beds. Pool table listed and in many pictures, but not present at all, just a small couch in the large game room. Jacuzzi was listed to be cleaned Wed or Thurs, but it was refilled on Friday, so we couldn’t use it on the last night of our stay because it needed a day to get back up to temperature.

Wonderful honeymoon getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Kevin’s home for our honeymoon trip up to The White Mountains and our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful, clean and convenient to so many incredible things. We visited the downtown area, check out local microbreweries, hiked some trails and did many scenic drives. Kevin and his family helped make our honeymoon unforgettable and we are so grateful for the hospitality!

Excellent Barn House and Location!

Great spot to hangout with friends and enjoy what the area has to offer. Kevin was very responsive and communicative. Accommodations were great. One of the bedroom photos is outdated and should be changed, but that's an easy fix. Would book Kevin's Barn House again!

Great location and nice house

The house had plenty of space for a family of 4 and all of the amenities for cooking and hanging out. Disappointed that there is no longer a pool table despite the pictures. One of the bedrooms is also no longer a bunk bed.

Peaceful and clean

We had a great time here. Everyone was very impressed with how nice it was and how much bigger it was than it looked from the outside. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was supplied with everything we needed. When I had difficulty figuring out how to enter the code (my bad, not the instructions) and I called he answered right away. It was a very peaceful location, too. Excellent place. We will stay again.

Great family ski house

My family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults and 4 kids (oldest is 8, youngest is 1). Having two separate living rooms was great and the hot tub was fun after a day of skiing. The house is fully stocked - including for the 1 year old (high hair, pack n play and baby gates). The house is in a cute, remote-feeling neighborhood yet you’re minutes from downtown and close enough to the Cranmore that when your husband forgets to put the 5 year old’s skis back in the car - he can go back and forth again before I’m done putting ski boots and gear on myself and our two kiddos :)

Great place and location for Leaf Peepers

Very quiet neighborhood near downtown N. Conway and the highways to all the nice spots to see the leaves. The hot tub is very nice along with the firepit outside. Plenty of room for many people (although only two bathrooms (one upstairs--no biggie though).

Private but centrally located in North Conway

Excellent location… super close to everything North Conway has to offer, but the house itself feels remote and private. Amenities were lovely… fireplace, comfortable furniture, hot tub was super clean and private, well-stocked kitchenware). Mattresses are not great (noisy, light, and not supportive for aging bones) but we were so relaxed that we slept well anyway. Thank you, Kevin!

Has it all

Great location close to Conway activities (stores, etc) and not far (15 minutes) from Story Land. Property is a lovely wooded lot though you can see neighbors with nearby hiking. Everything was clean and as-described with a lovely screened in hot tub. Would definitely stay again

Great family house

We had a great experience staying here with 4 young children. They even had baby gates, a high chair, and pack n play available to use! The hot tub and screened in porch were amazing. Located on a very quiet road, but only a quick drive to the main strip!

Special Family time !

We had such a wonderful time together in this great comfortable home! The kids loved the playroom and spent a lot of time there. We were close to downtown, outlets and skiing! This is our second time renting here and won’t be our last.

Just a girls weekend

It was a nice place to stay. The 5 of us were looking to stay somewhere for 4 nights and not leave the house. We needed to disconnect from life so it was good for that. The only thing that was a little trouble was actually walking to the house from the driveway. 2 of us have leg & hip problems and the pics dont really show all the stairs and how far especially with snow. But that was the only thing and we only went in once and out once! :-D

Great stay

My family had a great time at the property. Close enough for skiing and plenty of activities. The home was clean with spacious size rooms for all. Beds were comfortable and it even had gates for stairs and pack n play for my 1 year old. Would stay again.

Beautiful North Conway Get-a-way!!

This was a wonderful property. This property was located is a very quiet area. Yet , it was Close enough to North Conway to take in all the shopping and the restaurants. The barn/house was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the game room was perfect. The hot tub was an added plus to the relaxing environment. Kevin was great and very responsive. I would recommend this place for families because it has a perfect layout. The kids can be downstairs in the playroom and the adults upstairs enjoying the fire and great wrap a round deck. Lots of fun!!

Inside was decent; deck and outside of house can use some work. Deck not conducive / safe for a family with young children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

First thing I noticed was how clean the house was! It was comfortable with plenty of room. The pool table was a fun activity and it was perfectly located close to town.

Perfect getaway!!!

The property was clean, well stocked, and secluded. The home was large enough to feel you hade plenty of room. We were close enough to all our excursions like Diana’s Baths, Cathedral ledge, Echo Lake, Flume Forge, and the Cog railroad … to name a few. Would definitely recommend !!!!
