This home was a good fit for our stay. It slept our group easily and was conveniently located for the wedding we were attending. The downstairs rec room was great for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped.

Nice place to stay

This house was a very nice place for us to stay while visiting the area. It was easy to access, and the house was very clean and nice inside. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great House, Manager and Location!

My extended family stayed here for a family reunion over Thanksgiving. The house is a great set up, Alex was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location is perfect with a great view of the river.

Beautiful Home!

This trip was to celebrate our 45th anniversary with our family and we couldn’t be happier with the choice of this home. The view is incredible, the rooms were beautifully decorated and Alex couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting home.

We were in Cincy for Xavier family weekend. This rental could not have been more perfect! Great location! Everyone had plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, amazing view of the river and skyline from the decks, super cute decor and it was IMMACULATE!!

Wonderful

I now have the legs of a gladiator with all the stairs in Cinci! Alex was kind and quick to answer any need. The place was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed it greatly.

Killer view

If you want to be close to downtown Cincinnati without being IN downtown, this house has all the amenities and a breathtaking view! The neighborhood is a little rough but overall I felt safe.

NYE getaway

We rented this house for NYE with just our immediate family. The house is so clean, well kept, updated and overall cozy. The house has 4 different levels which spaced us out nicely and the kids loved the Rec room downstairs! The view from each floor is amazing and we got to see fireworks from fountain square and from the KY side as soon as midnight struck. Highly recommend.

Amazing home and Host

First off. Place was amazing. The cleanliness of this property was spectacular. The views of the River and Cincinnati Night lights were breathtaking. Couldnt ask for a better host! Alex was there to help out with special accommodations and recommendations. We stayed to go to Benglas vs Seahawks game and Alex offered tailgating options and restaurant recommendations. By far the best location Ive ever stayed at and will definitely be returning!

Ark Encounter, Creation Museum & Cincinnati

The property is strategically located, offering the best of both worlds. Situated within a short drive from Cincinnati, we had easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Equally important, the proximity to the Ark Encounter made it incredibly convenient for our family outing. This central location allowed us to explore both urban and rural attractions without spending too much time on the road. The property was absolutely stunning and well-suited for our large extended family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone had their own space, and the common areas were spacious enough for us to gather comfortably. The interior design was charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained, which instantly put us at ease.

Pretty property but safety is lacking...

Overall, the property is nicely appointed/clean. Description and pictures are accurate. Kitchen was well appointed. Views of Ohio River were amazing. However, the ONLY way to enter is by climbing very steep stairs from ground level to first floor...an entire flight of stairs. Very difficult for a person with limited mobility. No landing, very steep incline, and jagged stones at the bottom. Listing should show a picture of this, as it is the only way to enter the unit.Very difficult for our friend to haul her checked luggage up a complete flight with no landing to rest. It was raining, too, which made the steps slippery. No covering over the stairs.Everyone was worried about falling all the way down and ending up on the jagged stones at the bottom.No elevator or any other way to enter the property.This needs a picture and description to advise guests. The sliding glass door in living room does not have a lock. No way to lock the door if someone wanted to enter 1 flight up from the deck outside. No wooden stick to stop the sliding glass door. Just slide it open from the outside. Replace the door so that is can be locked from the inside. We enjoyed our time together but these safety concerns should have been noted and photographed.

Perfect Location and Amenities

If you are looking to stay at a property in close proximity to downtown Cincinnati and with all the comforts of home this place is for you! Everything was just as pictured. We really enjoyed your stay with all the amenities right at hand. The beds were heavenly, and the bathrooms made you feel like you were at a spa. It was the chef's kiss to allow you to relax and enjoy the family with lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the breathtaking view of the river and city lights. And just when I thought it could not get any better, I put the directions to the Bengals stadium and Waze told me it was only minutes away to the fun! Who could ask for more:-) We will definitely stay there again if our travels take us to Cincinnati. Thanks for everything Alex!

This house fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean and was exactly what was described on website

Alex responded very quickly to any questions I had. We were able to have a cook-out after a football game on the back deck using the grill provided. We had 3 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The rooftop deck provided amazing views.

Family trip

The views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati from this property are so awesome! The house was very clean and Alex was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed quick pizza delivery and Instacart delivery shortly after we arrived, which was nice after a long day of travel. The kids loved both the bunk beds and the basement.

Great house in a great location

We stayed here with three generations of family for a vacation. The house was clean and comfortable and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly. We enjoyed having so much space for the family. The house is close to everything you might want to do in Cincinnati and the view of downtown is great. There were nice touches from the host like snacks and coffee and the check out process was easy. There are some steep steps to the front door and a spiral staircase to the top floor deck but overall the place was a great choice for us.
