Located along the road to the beaches, just 350 metres from the sea, this charming contemporary villa offers a rare luxury: the freedom to do everything on foot, even in the height of summer. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach the paradisiacal beach of Pinarello, with its crystal-clear waters, beach restaurants, and water sports, as well as the seaside village with its shops, restaurants, and small fishing harbour. Here, you arrive by car, park it… and forget about it.



Nestled in a lush green setting, the villa reveals itself as a true haven of peace, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail for effortless, comfortable living. Spacious terraces offer a subtle play of light and shade, thanks to a wide roof overhang and a delicate shade sail. Large sliding glass doors blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing the house to open naturally onto a rich, fragrant Mediterranean environment. Without overlooking and set away from the summer crowds, the villa blends in perfectly with the surrounding landscape.



Inside, the design is modern and uncluttered, with a calm, elegant atmosphere that invites relaxation and long, unhurried holidays.



Outdoors, the villa is an invitation to the art of slow living: a bohemian-style pergola casting dappled shade borders the swimming pool, an ideal spot for an afternoon nap lulled by the sound of cicadas. An outdoor shower extends beach days, while the pétanque court, nestled in the shade of an old cork oak (“Suara” in Corsican), promises wonderful moments of conviviality.



To fully enjoy the villa’s immediate proximity to the beach, water sports equipment and beach games are also provided by the owners.



The owner has appointed the local concierge company "Pinarello Villa Services" to manage and maintain his villa. It is Frédéric's team who will welcome you on arrival and will be your contact throughout your stay.

He can organize various services such as supplies, a babysitter, a chef preparing a meal at the villa, a sports coach for a specialized fitness session or offer rental of towels or beach umbrellas.

He can also offer you semi-rigid or small boats for rent with or without skipper to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the Lavezzi Islands or Bonifacio and its cliffs by the sea.



Our vision of ecotourism is also reflected in a desire not to force our vacationers to travel on weekends. You are therefore not required to book from Saturday to Saturday, or for a period of 7 days.

Traveling during the week has many advantages: there are fewer people on the roads and in public transport, the price of plane or ferry tickets is much cheaper and we are under less pressure to welcome you by taking the time to listen to you.
