We are pleased to offer for rent a brand-new 32 m² unit attached to our single-family home but featuring a separate entrance and a private, quiet, tree-lined garden.

This rejuvenating rental is located in the town of Ceyreste in a lush, sunny, and peaceful setting with an unobstructed view of the hills, making it ideal for a family vacation.

Reversible air conditioning
Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, toaster/kettle/Krups Classic espresso machine, hair dryer).
Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), Smart TV (apps: Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.). Living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Transportation:
-If you choose to come by car, you can park on our property; you’ll have a designated spot.
- Regarding other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Bus: There is a bus stop right at the gate of our house, serving La Ciotat beach, downtown, and the SNCF train station.

Other notes:
- Included: Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen and bathroom hand towels, and a shower mat.
- Beach towels are provided, along with a 24-liter cooler, ice packs, and a set of beach rackets.
- Baby travel crib + changing table
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests by leaving it just as pleasant as it was upon your arrival ;)

Guests are asked to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and to clean appliances after use.

- Security deposit: 400 euros
