"Trailhead Escape" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Condo complex. This is the premier ground floor unit on the corner just steps from the shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. The pool is just steps from the condo and parents can feel secure watching their kids while drinking a cold beverage on the private deck. This luxury condo features a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for a family or two couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious two bedroom condo. The main living area boasts a full, granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table which offers views of the pool. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a covered deck that is within steps of the shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. From the deck you’ll enjoy views of the Prospector Golf Course Driving Range. The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The HOA often keeps the hot tub open after Labor Day, but its weather dependent.

BEDROOMS:
* The master suite bedroom features a king bed, large TV and a private en-suite tile bathroom. The bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
* The queen guest bedroom also has a large Smart TV, and a private deck through the sliding doors.
*Just outside the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room couch pulls out into a queen bed.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles in the general parking lot in front of the condo building.
