The condo was comfortable and inviting. The view to beach was wonderful with a nice balcony, although sunsets were obstructed from room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stylish and clean. Newer tv system would benefit from instructions for technologically challenged adults. Would recommend this condo for a nice Siesta Key stay.

We spent New Year’s in Siesta Key, the condo and location was perfect, ocean front view was beautiful. Tom, the Owner/Mgr was extremely welcoming and communication was great. The personal touches, with snacks, bottled water and even coffee for the Keurig was unexpected. We spent most of our week inside the condo, due to me getting the flu. Bed was very comfortable and Wi-Fi worked great. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was great, it has beautiful view and it is very clean and updated. The owner was very helpful and we can’t wait to come back!

My family of 3 stayed at this lovely property. The location allows a wonderful unobstructed view of the beach from the screened in deck. Well stocked and very comfortable.

Great unit in a great location!

Perfect for our family of 3. Walking distance to restaurants. View of sunset! Great having chairs and umbrella set up everyday (you do have to pay for Umbrella for the week).

The most beautiful sunny view!

This property was exactly what I hoped it would be! PERFECTION! This corner unit has a SUNNY porch with rocking chairs to laze away the afternoon with a spectacular view of the beach at sunset. The furnishing and beds were very comfortable! There is even a recliner! Our host Tom made us feel very welcome with added personal touches and went out of this way to accommodate us! This was an A rental! I would highly recommend to all! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Spring Break

This condo is wonderful. The condo has been recently remodeled. The remodel was very well done. The beds are great. The kitchen had what we needed for the week's stay. The balcony offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The property is very secure. I love having the key pad codes instead of keys. It makes for one less thing to keep track of. The elevators accommodate the 7 floor tower very well. The included chairs on the beach are great. Be sure to get down to the beach at 7:30 if you want to reserve prime beach space. Give serious consideration to adding an umbrella. I would for sure stay here again. The owner was very responsive when I contacted him before and during our stay.

The property was lovely but

The property was gorgeous. The issue was communication with owner. He needs a property manager. Upon check in the WI-FI and TV cables were not working. The wi-fi is a big deal as both my wife and I were dependent on it to work while on vacation. The owner would not call me despite numerous requests. The bedroom TV's never worked. I would not rent with him again despite his lovely condo

Hello Joseph, It’s unfortunate we did not meet your expectations. Although to be fair comcast had a service shut down and user error played a part in your issues. I was not in the area and I did respond to every email message and contacted Comcast and informed you ahead of time of disruptions. i lost track after 20 email reply’s and at one point offered a complete refund. I wish you and your wife all the best!

Beach Paradise

This unit was very clean with new new furniture and recent updates. It was very nicely done! The view of the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the screened in balcony. We had a couple very minor hiccups but the host was extremely quick to resolve them! It was nice to have beach towels available and beach chairs. It was busy the week we stayed and you had to get to the beach at 7:30am to make sure you could get beach chairs but I think that's because it was Spring Break. We loved the location. It was so convenient to have dining options, shopping, and ice cream within walking distance. We did not visit the pool since it was located in the front of the property and not by the beach. We did see people utilizing it on the windy days though so we assume it was nice enough. It was a wonderful week in a wonderful place! Perfect for our family of 4 and our girls are already planning our trip back next year!

Quaint unit and very nice views

We really enjoyed staying here and were pleasantly surprised with the decor and comfort of this particular unit. We would come back but prefer a lower floor unit to avoid an extremely slow elevator. Having only one and being extremely slow moving on top of Covid spacing made it difficult to maneuver up and down. We had WiFi issues that took a bit of coaxing to get resolved however Tom eventually handled it. Upon our exit we tidied up and one of our kids accidentally took an iphone charger which we gladly shipped back. I recommend taking pictures of the unit. The owner felt there were missing towels and dishes which we felt rather taken back by however not hearing back we assumed they turned up. Sadly, you should do a checklist upon renting this unit just to insure you don’t go through the hassle and everyone stays friends. I would give it 4.5 stars but not quite 5

Owner is unwell mentally

The property is beautiful as is the beach. The condo was clean and well cared for. Cons would be: We were not allowed to have the balcony with the sliding doors open or the AC would quit working. Balcony doors had to be shut at all times. We also couldn't see the sun set from the balcony's angle. But none of that was a major deal. The beach was still gorgeous as was the condo. However, something much more awful happened. My 6 year old son had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital in the early morning of check out. We were unable to check out on time because we were in the emergency room. The person we were corresponding with "Tom Collins" (not sure if it was the manager or owner, told us that if we did not have our belongings removed by the 10 am checkout, that he would have us arrested for trespassing. We hurried from the hospital after discharge to finish packing and head for the airport and the Tom began tormenting us with messages about arriving with the police and demanding to see my son's discharge papers, which of course we had. My poor son blamed himself, saying that it was his disease's fault that his parents would be arrested. Tom never showed up with the police by the time we removed our things, so that made me think it was only a scare tactic. It was then that I realized the person I was dealing with was not well, mentally. He began sending me pictures of a dying woman saying that that was his mother without explanation. Beware.

Maria I recall and have your texts over 75 complaining of everything under the sun multiple emails even at two or 3 o’clock in the morning After you became my right and said you were going to destroy me on vrbo as I told you I felt very uncomfortable meeting you and would have the police accompany me because you said you were waiting in the parking lot in addition in all the years 20 years, I’ve been in the property management business. You were the absolute worst resident I’ve ever encountered. You also completely damaged three comforters. These comforters were crate and barrel. With root beer. The place is an absolute disaster and extra cleaning had to be done. Obviously, we would never rent to you again and no one should.

Lovely location

The condo group property is well run. siesta Key has a great beach with easy beach walking. Needed better communication with personal Condo owner.

Hello Ann, I have Countless emails back-and-forth with you. you also wanted explicit instructions on how to operate the television I made sure TV was all set. The previous guest moved out three days early and offered the unit to you sooner, I also have the email where I personally said I would meet you along with providing French soaps in the bathrooms, mouth wash, bottles of water in the refrigerator because of your long drive you mentioned several times. you may want to reread the emails of our exchange
