With its ideal and peaceful location, a lovely shaded terrace marks the entrance to this single-level, air-conditioned apartment, which was renovated in 2022.
You can enjoy the pool with its beautiful view and the terrace under the arbor.
Secure, shaded parking is available in the courtyard, and a garage is provided for bicycles and motorcycles.

The apartment consists of a living area opening onto an open kitchen. It features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a separate bedroom.
Ample storage space is available, including in the large built-in closets in the bathroom and bedroom.
A full-size sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests.
A travel crib and a play tent bed (for ages 2–5) can be provided free of charge upon request.
All bedding is new (mattresses, pillows, linens).
Bed linens and towels are provided.
You’ll find a lovely terrace with a view, a large table, a barbecue (charcoal and utensils provided), and two lounge chairs for relaxing!
Remote controls for opening the gate and turning on the lights will be provided upon your arrival.
