Welcome to LED Stars with BBQ is 8 mins drive to Hollywood Beach, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, seaport, and access to I-95 to reach Miami-South Beach. It accommodates up to 4 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, barbecue grill, a central air conditioner, and 1 car parking spot.

This property has a separate, independent house in the front that can accommodate up to 6 guests! If your group exceeds 4 people, you can inquire about renting this additional house, It has separate entrance - outdoor.

*Guest Access*

For your convenient Check-IN, when it gets closer we will send you a detailed explanation for your Self-Check-IN with a lock-box, it is a easy acess to the property, attached with pictures to make it helpful for your comfortable arrival.


*House Rules for this apartment:*

1. No parties or loud gatherings.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
3. No smoking ($500 fine).
4. 1 car parking space.
5. Pet allowed- $50 fee apply. Need to be authorized in advance.
6. No unauthorized guests.
7. Respect the property and neighbors.

*Check-in/Check-out:*

- Check-in: 4:00 PM (early check-in: $80).
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (late check-out: $80).

*Pets are family too*

We warmly welcome your furry friend (max 1 pet). To ensure our home remains beautiful, please keep an eye on your pet to prevent any damage.

A one-time pet fee of $50 applies. Simply let us know when booking, and we'll send a payment request.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that:

- We have only 1 designated parking space available in the property.
- Parking elsewhere, especially in front of neighbors' homes, may result in towing. No exceptions.
- We respect our neighbors' property and cannot be held responsible for towing.

Please park responsibly to avoid any issues. If your car is towed, you'll need to contact the towing company directly to retrieve your vehicle.

- Noise detectors are installed to monitor noise levels.

- We've got a great option for large groups! This apartment has a separate, independent house in the front that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It's located at the same address, making it easy to stay together! Inquire about renting this unit to accommodate your entire group.

- Far-right white wall by the white gate: captures driveway entrance, street, and outdoor lounge areas
- Exterior white ceiling: captures barbecue and outdoor dining table area
- Exterior white wall: captures stairs and apartment entrance
- Exterior white upper wall: captures outdoor backyard corridor

*Noise detectors* it does not record conversations.
- One in the dining room ceiling.
- One in the BBQ/area.

Please note that these cameras are in place for your safety and security.

*Additional Information *
- Guests are responsible for additional kitchen and bathroom supplies.
- Guests must turn off lights, leave Air conditioner in 78 Fahrenheit, and turn OFF the propane tank upon departure.
