Bear Brook Lodge is a wonderful place for larger groups looking to vacation together yet maintain their privacy - all under one roof! With an inground pool open from Memorial Day- Labor Day, and large wrap around covered deck, this house is capable of sleeping over 25 people comfortably by being divided into 4 floors and 5 larger suites that can be used in many configurations. Includes wifi and cable TV in all suites, central AC, 1 full kitchen and 2 kitchenettes, 4 two person jacuzzi tubs and 5 full baths. The pool is shared with one other house on the property.

So close to EVERYTHING. Well kept property equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Storyland is literally 5 minutes from the property, a grocery store, state liquor store and restaurants also so, so close. Owners reply promptly if/when you have questions. all of it was spectacular, especially the GIANT dining room table!!! We WILL BE BACK!!!! Thank you u so much!! From all 24 of us!!!!

Check in was extremely smooth. Beautiful, immaculately clean home. Spacious, well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the location which had easy access to several interesting sites. We also used the pool and the firepit. We would visit again

Great Spot for Families Near Attitash

This was an excellent spot for four families during Feb. break. We skied all week at Attitash which is under 5 mins away. House provides a ton of space which was key with a mix of tweens and elementary kids. Loved the multiple fridges and the huge dining area. Would absolutely book again!

A Great time!

Had a group of 10+ stay and we all had a lot of room and comfort! Very clean and nicely decorated, great hang out places and the property manager was quick to respond and help out! =)

We had several issues and no way to get in touch with property owner . Parts of fridge were broken, stuff left in fridge from previous renters, we found dirty socks and underwear under beds , the tubs did not hold water and the jacuzzi tubs did not work (very disappointing) , pool was very dirty on the bottom, beds were rock hard and only 2 pillows per bed . There was no broom or vacuum provided so we had to walk around with the dirt all over the floors. Was 5 minutes to Storyland and short drive into downtown North Conway. For a house that sleeps 27, not really stuff for families with kids—no crib or pack n play, no high chair. There was some plastic dinnerware for kids

Very nice time!

My friends and family spent a long weekend there this summer and there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s in a great location and checking in was easy.

New Year's family get together.

Everything was great. This house is huge. Plenty of room for the whole family and a few extra friends. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd ever need and the house was very clean.. The location is fantastic and less than five minutes from skiing at Attitash..The only minor complaint was that the dumpster was completely full from the previous guests and I had to spend some time pulling things out and breaking down boxes so we could fit our trash in at the end of our stay.

Amazing property!

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this property. First of all, the house is absolutely MASSIVE & gorgeous. There was more than enough space in the home for all of us and we wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back at some point, probably during the summertime so that we can enjoy the pool ! I definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group who wants to take a break from the city

Great house for large groups

We had a wonderful time at Bear Brook house. Robert (the host) was very responsive. The property was not without a few hiccups which Robert did his best to fix. The property shares a pool with a smaller house on the property, that should be in the listing. Also would have loved the opportunity to book that house as well. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap was available in the house and the beds were very old and hard as a rock. House needs a good cleaning and the kitchen while well stocked needed knives and pans replaced as they were damaged and abused. These are minor things as it was the perfect size for our family, and The host was very responsive which made up for for the shortcomings of the property. We would stay here again! We had a great time and it’s close to everything. The pool was a huge huge bonus.

Perfect space for 3 generations to gather. House was large as described and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and plates, coffee cups we needed. House is well located to near by attractions. We would love to come back here again!

Amazing trip thanks to a wonderful property and amenities

Having rented a variety of properties on a number of prior vacations I have almost nothing but praise for everything about our rental. First of all, the property manager was extremely accomodating to all of our requests and prompt in his responses for any questions that we had. It was clear that the manager cared about our experience and was helpful and available throughout the trip. Secondly, the property itself was wonderful. The house is large, comfortable, well-appointed with amenities and provided a great home base for our New Hampshire explorations. The location is amazing and close to a an endless selection of activities for all ages. We were particularly happy with both the ability to cook and share meals right at the property as well as with the choices in the surrounding area. As far as the kids in the party were concerned, they were thrilled with the accommodations that allowed all of them to stay in a single, large area of the house where they had a place they could call their own as well as the grounds and pool where they could relax and explore. Overall, the experience was wonderful, the property clean and well maintained, and the support from the manager was some of the best I've ever experienced. We would not only recommend the property but would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location

We had our family reunion if 20 people and we were able to tour the area and it was amazing. The house had plenty of space and there was plenty of parking. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Great Location for Large Gatherings

Our family enjoyed a wonderful "post-pandemic reunion" at Bear Brook Lodge, full of pool time, singing all round the campfire, and hikes at state parks just minutes away. Under new ownership this lodge has amazing potential for big group lodging. Though there were some things we had to contact the owners about, they responded while we were there and worked things out very well. You will appreciate the large, well-appointed kitchen, enormous dining room (comfortably seats 18), comfortable sitting areas, and spacious bedrooms. You can't go wrong with Bear Brook if you want access to North Conway and points north, in a quiet, peaceful setting just off of Route 16.
