Quiet nature retreat perfect all-year-round w/private sandy beach+lake access! Max 8 adults (strictly enforced).Not suitable for parties/excessive noise. Spacious yard (not fenced) w/gradual entrance to lake. Swim, boat, fish, and kayak. Dogs allowed w/restrictions. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the hot tub! Followed by a BBQ,&beach fire pit. Get cozy indoor w/full kitchen, lake views, fireplace, &sauna. Nearby skiing, hiking, Long & Sebago Lake, horses, taverns, &grocery. 1h to Portland &N.Conway!

šŸ›¶Kayaks, boats, and other motorsports can be rented nearby. It is not included with the rental but we have included recommend places in your welcome check-in text. They deliver to the house! You must be checked into the home and present during delivery. Donā€™t deliver prior to the check in date. Please donā€™t forget your life jackets! No extra fee for the boat dock. Boat entry to the lake within 5min drive.

Please make sure to secure your equipment when not in use.

šŸ”The entire house and all kitchen supplies are available for use during your stay. Fully stacked kitchen with dishes, and cooking pots. Salt, pepper, and oil provided. The outside dining area seats 6 people. Inside dinning 8.

šŸ–‡ For your convenience, 3 of the bedrooms have work desks that can be easily moved or stored away.

ā›±Please bring your beach chairs and beach blankets (not provided). Enclosed porch with a beautiful view and the most amazing sunsets! Within 5min drive are local stores, a tavern, public beaches, a playground, ice cream places, and a coffee shop. 10min to Long Lake. 10min Hannaford grocery store. Within 10min-45min to many other hiking trails, ski resorts, tubing, lakes, beaches, shopping, and restaurants! North Conway 45min. Portland 1h.

šŸ“ŒThe house will be stacked with 1 roll of paper towel, 2-3 kitchen towels, pods for dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 laundry pods (2 washes), hand soap, and dish detergent. Towels and bedding provided.
Bring wood for the fireplace and outside fire pit.

šŸ‘¶House is not toddler/child proof. Not fenced in.


šŸ—Propane on property for the grill provided. In case it runs out it can be filled at the local Walmart and Hannaford (youā€™ll be reimbursed).

āš ļøPlease remember to shut off the propane after each use!

šŸ•ā€šŸ¦ŗDogs are allowed but must be leashed when outside unless they are swimming. Regardless of how well they are trained off leash. Please make sure dogs donā€™t go or swim onto neighbors property! Please donā€™t leave your dog alone outside unsupervised even if leashed or tied up. Dogs should be well trained and minimal barkers (outside). Please pick up their waste and discard in trash. No digging in the yard or beach! Make sure dogs are fully dried and cleaned before they get inside and on any furniture.

šŸš«No excess to garage.

šŸ“¢Harrison, ME has a noise ordinance. No noise on the lake after 10pm. The lake carries and amplifies sound. This is not a good location for parties. Itā€™s very quiet, peaceful and nature oriented.

šŸ» Please donā€™t feed the wildlife and do not leave food outside overnight!

We just had the best long weekend at this home. We found everything to be exactly as you would expect for a home away from home. The host was responsive to our questions and the property is amazing! We really enjoyed the hot tub a sauna after a long day on the ice and there was even a surprise playroom in the basement for our toddler. The town is adorable with great food and shopping options. Village tie up bakery was a stand out for sure! We cannot wait to go back. 10/10

Nana & Grampy welcomed kids & grandkids and we all made happy memories floating on the lake, cooking out, and playing Scattergories. The lake is little kid friendly- quite shallow on our side with a private,sandy beach. The house is roomy & comfortable! Really, everything you need

We had such a wonderful stay here! The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family, and we especially loved the beautiful beach area, the lake, and the property itself. The amenities were fantasticā€”having the sauna was such a treatā€”and the kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.The owner was an excellent communicator, always easy to reach and very responsive. She truly went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which we really appreciated.As others have mentioned, the home is on a semi-busy street. For us, the only minor downside was that we enjoy taking walks with our little ones, so instead we just made loops around the property.Overall, this is a wonderful place to relax and recharge, and we are definitely planning a return visit!

Fabulous family beach vacation

Wonderful location for family of 7 adults and 2 children with accessible beach and lake. The water is shallow enough for toddlers to play and pleasant for adults to swim and kayak. The house was clean and functional for a large group and the large dining room table was ideal for dinners and games. We would be happy to stay again.

Amazing stay

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. The listing was incredibly accurate, and the private beachfront access was better than described. It was perfect for our family which had a lot of children and little fisherman who enjoyed fishing off the dock and the nearby river. The house was absolutely huge and provided a lot of opportunity to spread out, but also had a large enough dining room and screened in porch area to be together.

We had a wonderful week at Dina's Crystal Lake house. Amenities were nearby but there was no need to leave the house. We swam, paddled, grilled, and enjoyed the view.

Lovely spot on Crystal Lake

Wife and I came for five nights to do some autumn hiking. Dinaā€™s property was perfectly located in Harrison, with just a short drive to both Bridgton and Norway. Property is clean, well equipped, and offers prime views on the lake. Would highly recommend

Covers all the bases

This large lake house comfortably accommodated our family. The outdoor space was a nice grassy lawn leading down to the private sandy beach. Great for toddlers who could go in the shallow water. Firepits each night were fun for all. This is our favorite place to stay for our annual lakeside family vacation.

Great stay at Harrison Maine lake house

We stayed at this cozy Harrison Maine lake house with our family members. There were 6 adults and 1 child. There were plenty of spacious bedrooms and beds. We really enjoyed sitting in the chairs on the sand and looking at the beautiful view of the lake. We also loved using the spacious hot tub. I highly recommend renting this home!

Amazing property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Crystal Lake. The home is very well maintained and on an absolutely gorgeous piece of property. The sandy beach is large and there is so much room to roam around and enjoy the outdoors. Our dog was in heaven. More practically, the beds were comfortable and many details were attended to. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and I would absolutely recommend this home to others.

What a great family vacation!

We had perfect sleeping and playing spaces for 6 adults and 3 kiddos. Plenty of parking, a beautiful beach, clear waterā€” everything we could ask for. There was a big dining table for us all to eat together inside, and a picnic table outside. Big grassy area for lawn games (we brought). For those of those with littlesā€” the water is shallow, so perfect for non-swimmers. Communication with the owner was top-notch. Thanks for the stay! Hope to return next year!

Perfect Lake front getaway

Dina was communicative and responsive from the start of the booking with the information she provided about the home and the expectations. She answered any questions we had including adding an extra day and also boat rentals! The house had everything you needed to cook some meals to enjoy at home, plenty of linens and towels if needed and the homeā€™s peace was invaluable. It is such a great place to spend some time with your family, even our dog enjoyed the change in scenery. We only got to enjoy the boats for one day, but it was still great to have had the experience and maybe next time we will get better weather! We look forward to another visit in the future, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

So much fun on the lake

The property on Crystal Lake was phenomenal. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The grandkids all enjoyed the beach and the lake, and had great fun in the hot tub. We rented kayaks, and everyone took a turn on the water. One of my sons said it was the best of the vacation homes we've rented over the years, and he was absolutely right. Everyone has a great time!

Wonderful Family Trip

This property was all that you could ask for and Dina, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We stayed at the house with a couple families with young children, who enjoyed the yard as well as the lake time, as well as the bedrooms and nooks and crannies that they found in the crawl spaces (a ten year old girls dream for a hiding spot!). The kitchen was full of what we needed to cook and the bedrooms and other living spaces were comfortable (wonderful mattresses!!). The shallowness of the lake is perfect for our young children and we hope to come back again!

Welcome to the Secret Garden

Someone had a vibrant garden about fifty years ago, and you get to enjoy the nostalgia šŸ˜ The grounds are lovely from the private beach (with shallow water, perfect for little ones), to the outdoor dining with beautiful trees and plants. The house couldnā€™t be more comfortable!! Okay, perhaps a live-in cook is the only thing missing!šŸ˜‚ So thankful our large family was able to enjoy this beautiful vacation home!

Amazing hidden gem in Maine

I was looking for the perfect spot for my spouses birthday as well as our friends 40th. We needed a place to accommodate 10 adults, pet friendly and had a few activities to keep us entertained for a few days and this spot absolutely met the task. We had a fire on the beach each night, utilized the clean jacuzzi and sauna and had the ability to have big dinners each night. The location is a bit tucked away but we found a cute brewery (Fluvial) 10min away and hiked 2 days. Dina was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!!
