Beautifully open and spacious lodge on a beautiful 350 acre private property

Beautiful Lodge in the heart of Hocking Hills featuring some of the most beautiful views in Fairfield County. The Geneva lodge is a simple layout with two bunk rooms upstairs that have adjacent bathrooms, with two showers and 3 toilets each. The great room has a fireplace, and is surrounded by sliding glass doors that lead out to a wrap-around deck. There is a large fire pit in the back and a quaint outdoor chapel area. This unit has two levels. The upper level sleeps 28 and the lower level sleeps 44 for a total of 72 beds. The lower level has two separate rooms with a bathroom that has one shower and toilet in each. Perfect for larger groups and retreats!

Guest must bring their own bathroom and bedroom linens along with shampoo, soap, etc. We are able to provide bed lines ($25 per bed) as this adds extra cleaning time for our staff.

****This venue is to be used for overnight group accommodations. Any other use of this facility such as weddings, parties, corporate meetings, and more must be booked directly through Geneva Hills. To contact us regarding your upcoming event, email info@genevahills.com

******Notice pool is open seasonally for reservation only due to life guard requirements. Pool is open for the season beween June 1 until the first week of August.

We would like to inform our potential guests for the month of October that every Friday night in October, our Geneva Hills property will be hosting a festival called Fire Light Fridays. We inform you of this because there will be increased activity and people on the grounds during these events. If you wish to stay during these dates, you are more than welcome to participate in all the festivities. It should be noted that the Geneva Lodge is more secluded from these activities than any other buildings on the camp. There is a high probability that these activities would not even be a bother or any issue, but want to communicate well with those considering staying at Geneva Hills.

Incredible Church Group Experience

Our High School Ministry had a WONDERFUL experience staying in the lodge. We loved the open community space inside the lodge as well as the outdoor worship space and fire ring. We also had lots of fun with outdoor lazer tag! A great weekend retreat; we hope to come again!

Great weekend with long lost friends

We came to this property to get away with friends from highschool and college we haven't seen in awhile. The property is beautiful. We all wish we would have stayed a little longer to enjoy some of the cool stuff on the property (laser tag, archery tag ect) but overall it was great. The kitchen is awesome. You could feed an army in there. We actually enjoyed the bunk beds. It made us feel like kids again haha. Fire pit outside is a great place to hangout after a day canoeing at any of the nearby (15 minute drive roughly) kayaking spots. Highly recommend this place for large groups.

2nd time at the Geneva lodge

This is the 2nd time my organization has used the Geneva lodge for our semester retreat. Each time has produced an amazing weekend for our group. This time we had access to the kitchen which made cooking and storing items very easy. I definitely recommend staying at the Geneva lodge if you have the opportunity

Stayed here a couple times

We rent this out for large group events, and the only reason this is a 4 star rating is because of the lack of kitchen. We love the nature, and the layout, however it is just a shame the commercial grade kitchen is not available to feed the 32+ people that can stay here.

Excellent Property and Location

My group had an amazing stay at Geneva Hills. The lodge was spacious and provided a great amount of privacy. The bunkbeds did their job when trying to sleep. The heating inside was better than we were expecting especially with how cold it was outside during the night. Would definitely book again

Fantastic Property

We have a group of about 45 volunteers that do a retreat at Geneva Hills and Geneva Lodge. The space is perfect for large groups. The property offers so many great amenities and activities. Our group loves taking advantage of the nearby hiking trails and private fire pit. The property is beautiful which adds to the overall experience. We look forward to our time at Geneva Hills every year.

Great place for a birthday celebration!

We had a great time staying at the lodge for my son's birthday. The lodge was spacious and had plenty of beds/bathrooms for guests. It was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. There are also lots of activities and trails. It was easy to get information from the hosts and communication was timely. Highly recommend!!

Great house for weekend grill out/sitting by the fire

This house was great for what we had planned for the weekend. We brought all the supplies to grill out for 3 days since the professional kitchen isn't open to normal guests. You do have access to a fridge/freezer and a closet filled with folding tables for you to set up in the open space in the huge event area in the house. Firewood was provided to us for use in the large fire pit in the backyard. Lastly maintenance was very responsive and was able to get to the house within the hour to help us out. Communications with the property manager was quick and responsive as well. Also on the property they have a lot of activities for the group. There are kayaks, canoes, and a peddle boat to use on the pond that is on the property.

Girl Scout Campout

Nice property. Wish they had a kitchen we could use in the cabin we stayed in, but we made do with crockpots and electric skillets. Description is not accurate online. We were surprised by the extra charges to use pool, boats, and can’t swim in lake. But all in all we had a great time and the staff was really nice.

Awesome Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at Geneva Hills! So much space to enjoy ourselves and nature. Very peaceful! Spencer was very friendly and attentive to all our needs! The lights in the living space gave it a special touch and the fire pit area was amazing ! It was great to have access to a fridge and plenty of chairs and tables for our big group ! Bathrooms and showers were very clean and plenty of soap and toilet paper provided. Overall, fantastic and totally recommend it !!

Fantastic setting tucked away in the woods. Large spacious main area to hold a celebration. Bunk rooms fits what we needed it for. Super nice and helpful people. Who knows maybe try again.
