Small house of 40m2 with all comforts with garden, less than 15 minutes walk from the beach of the Grande Conche.

Accommodating up to 3 people, it is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

The house is semi-detached in a very quiet area. It has a pleasant outdoor area where you can enjoy the sun and a barbecue in complete privacy.

The accommodation:
The house has a kitchen opening onto a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with:

- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Microwave
- Baking plates
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Tassimo coffee machine (pods not included)

No condiments on site (salt, pepper, vinegar and oil)

The first bedroom is composed of a 140 x 190 bed (new bedding) and the second, a trundle bed (2 beds of 90 x 190 rising to the same height) new bedding. Duvets, pillows and protections provided.

Sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels not provided.

The house also has a small laundry room in the garden where you will have access to a washing machine.

The exterior is equipped with:
- 1 garden furniture
- 2 deckchairs
- 1 parasol

Safe area for children.
First necessary equipment provided (1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, sponges, detergent, ...)

Possibility of renting sheets/towels at an additional cost (to be discussed with our concierge).

Within a 5-minute walk, you will find all the local shops (supermarket, market, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, etc.).
