Offering three levels, this townhome has 1,777 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.



Entering the property via the front door will put you directly into the spacious main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas. You'll love the open feel with the vaulted ceilings, stunning hardwood floors and luxurious dƩcor to accent this space.



Living Room: Offers mountain contemporary furnishings, a gas fireplace and a 75" Smart TV with YouTubeTV.



Kitchen: Fully equipped chef's kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. There is plenty of space on the stone countertops for meal prep and entertaining, and a center island that offers seating for three.



Dining Area: Seating for up to four guests at the lovely table with access to the deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and surrounding views.

Listing was accurate. Loved having the hot tub! Plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, Kleenex, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, etc. Location was great!

Quiet and Convenient

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Its location is very convenient. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk in snow boots. The gondola drops you next to the Orange Bubble Express. There is a shuttle but we didnā€™t utilize it. The location of the condo is tough to beat. Itā€™s located at the end of the road so it is incredibly quiet. We never heard anyone although all the condos were full. The kitchen is very nice and the appliances are top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked and had all the supplies we needed. Nice laundry room in the basement that we used. The hot tub was terrific. The kids utilized it every night. The master bathroom has a soaking tub that was nice to use after a long day of skiing. All of the bathrooms have heated floors which was amazing. The living room is not large but is very cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful on first glance, but typical of property mgmt. company vs. owner operator. Coffee maker didn't work, dishwasher pull-bar fell off onto our feet, internet was spotty up and down, fire alarm tested in middle of day without notice. Had to ask questions several times. Sent messages of the format, "I have three questions, one blah, two blah, three blah?ā€ I'd get an answer to the first question. Then reply asking for the other answers and they'd ask me to restate my question, several times. Pans dirty on arrival, salt and pepper, nothing else in stock, you have to hit the button on the microwave just right to open. When we booked, we asked for a noon checkout. Were told to ask 48 hours before check-in. Then 48 hours before checkout. Then were told we hadnā€™t requested a late checkout. Eventually they found it and was granted, but when youā€™re on vacation, you shouldnā€™t have to work that hard. Its obvious someone bought this, checked it in with property management company then checked out. There were other properties in the area that were also beautiful and better deal for money, but the up and downstairs arrangement of bedrooms won us over. We should have kept looking. And the contract you get after booking on VRBO is draconian. Basically, if the condo burns down, washes away, or is buried in a rock-slide, youā€™re going to pay for the stay.

Better than pictured!

A very beautiful place on the golf course that is more beautiful than the pictures allow. Three levels were perfect for our family of 6 adults. Neighborhood is perfectly quiet and only a short walk from the center of Canyons. Will come back!
