This is a spacious 4,500 square foot house on False River in the town of New Roads. It has 6 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, with newly completed swimming pool, tub and outdoor kitchen with 75" TV, fireplace, gas grill, Kamado Joe, and bathroom. You will not want to leave!

We have a separate dining room, reading room., large game room (11'x48') that includes a ping pong table, foosball table, Golden Tee arcade game and a living room with a large 55" TV ready for lots of family fun. It has a very spacious fenced in back yard that will allow you and your family to play games or grill on our BBQ pit while looking at the water. The 100' pier has a large covered deck at the end with seating, lighting and a lower deck for fishing and swimming.

This house has an open floor plan with the kitchen flowing into the living room and dining room, giving plenty space for large groups. The screened in back porch is great for morning coffees, evening glasses of wine and countless hours of relaxing while enjoying the beautiful scenic False River.

Every bedroom has a queen or king bed. In addition to the living room, we have a second den with a futon, 3 comfortable chairs and a large TV. This is a great place to hang out or for kids to watch TV and play.

The master bedroom, kitchen, living room and five of the bedrooms overlook the water with great views of beautiful False River.

The main floor (2nd floor) has the living room, kitchen, dining room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, half bathroom, and screened in porch.

Downstairs (1st floor) has 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen and King), large full bathroom, game room , den, patio and garage.

The third floor is newly renovated and contains 2 bedrooms that overlook the water and each one has its' own private bathroom.
