Come and relax in our house, in a countryside environment with a view of the Ventoux and its surroundings. 2 beautiful terraces facing south and west await you to share your moments with your family.
To cool off, you will enjoy a multi-level infinity pool (6mx6m), suitable for the whole family, with a large 40 m² beach to enjoy the sun of the south of France.
Outside you can also relax in a large pleasant garden of 1500 m² with green areas and fish ponds, where the children can let off steam with joy.

On the first floor a large kitchen-dining-living room and upstairs a TV corner, three bedrooms and a large bathroom (bath + shower). Games are available to share good times with the children.
The air conditioning will allow you to spend cool nights whatever the summer conditions.

1.5 km from the city center of Pont Saint Esprit, you will find shops, restaurants and all amenities.
Located 5 minutes from the Ardèche, you will be very close to the Ardèche gorges with its caves and must-see places (Vallon Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac, Saint Marcel...) and its activities (canoeing, caving, climbing, cycling, hiking and swimming in the river of course...).
From the Pont Saint Esprit train station, you can easily discover Avignon, the city of the Popes.
