Beautiful home with everything one would need for a good time. Location was close to all attractions and restaurants. Also, very quiet area great for familles or someone just need a quiet getaway . Rate it a 10!!

A picture perfect get-away!

This outstanding property suited our weekend get-away needs perfectly! The location was lovely, quiet and well-situated for our planned bike ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway. The house was spotless and had every amenity and very comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/hangout space for an evening in. The owner was very responsive and pleasant, and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Mother's Day weekend girls trip getaway was so nice having this house to come "home" to. Three generations in this house: a grandmother, a mother, and 3 teenaged girls, and we were so comfortable. Our expectations were met and then some.

Car show getaway

This was the perfect spot for our night in Natchez. Kurt was so helpful, and house was cozy with plenty of extras to make the stay wonderful. The outdoor seating/ TV area was a huge hit with our teen boys. It is a great space - we will be back!

Close to downtown

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was in a quiet area and close to downtown. The home was very clean with very comfortable couches where I spent most of my time doing homework. I love the spacious bedrooms and the lovely patio. The owners were very nice and was available when needed.

Close to everything and quiet street

Everything was as advertised. Spoke with our host as well as VRBO team to resolve minor check in problem. Everyone was helpful and caring.

Upscale, high tech, very comfortable property — First Class

The property owners have created this space for themselves (when they visit and perhaps permanently once they retire) and it is first class all the way. They share it through VRBO when they're not using it. Our only problem in the home was that the TVs are smarter than we are. Probably a factor of our being in our 70s. We ate many meals in Natchez and every one was excellent or better. We loved the Under the Hill Saloon — Reminded us both of our younger, wilder days without actually being too edgy. The bartender was cool without working at it. We argued about our favorite restaurant. Turned out both were "under the hill" but not the same place. I liked the Magnolia Grill and her favorite was The Camp. But we both liked Roux 61, which is slightly out of town. Will we return? Not sure. If we do, it will be when the balloon festival is going on (or some other event) because on a normal weekend you pretty quickly run out of things to see or do, otherwise. Unless, that is, you just like to drive around and look at big, old houses with identifying signs out front. (I often get into trouble for saying what I think. Hope I didn't just do it again.) It seems to me the chamber/tourism board (whatever) should be doing a much better job. Perhaps the newspaper, too. If tourism is your primary gig, shouldn't you be working harder to communicate with tourists? With helping them to find and know about stuff?

GORGEOUS home!!!

This stay was such a memorable one! The house was so stunning and in a great location. It’s minutes away from downtown but also has that nice seclusion feel. The hosts were very friendly with the way they communicated! My favorite feature was the safety aspect. I mostly go on trips with all girls, and it was comforting to not have to worry about if we would be safe or not. Our trip to Natchez was a 10/10 and this is mostly due to the great place we stayed at! Highly recommend!!!

As a professional airplane pilot and hot air balloon pilot, I started coming to Natchez many years ago for the annual hot air balloon festival. I immediately fell in love with the the people, the hospitality, the city, and the land surrounding Natchez. The Miss-Lou area has become my favorite place to fly hot air balloons!

I decided in 2020 to purchase a home for me to stay when I am in town, which is quite often, and possibly for a place to retire one day. I love Natchez, my friends, and my home there, and I am confident you will have a peaceful stay in my property during your visit.

It's located in a somewhat secluded area at the end of a street with a private driveway and very friendly neighbors all around. The layout of the home and the recent renovations made it the perfect place to fit my needs for when I am in town and for the needs of you, my guests!

The home has an excellent open air layout, and because I wanted to set up and furnish the property to make it feel as "at home" as I am in my primary residence, maybe even more...you, my guest, will reap the benefits of those desires when you book a stay with me at this Natchez property. I am confident you will feel very much at home and extremely comfortable in this setting.
