There was a water line break close by that affected service at the property shortly before check-in, but the issue has since been resolved. Water was restored to the property shortly after you left and has operated without issue since that date. I followed up with the water department and they assured me that there would be no further issues related to this instance. Due to this unforeseen circumstance I offered your group many options including a full refund and the ability to move to another property. I quickly provided you details and access to the new property, and though it was located in a great neighborhood (Northern Liberties), I understand and sympathize that it was not the ideal location for your group. We can assure guests that we will always be there to assist if unforeseen issues out of our control arise, and we will make sure to be there every step of the way to resolve the matter.
