This Mediterranean seaside masterpiece has 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, and is located in the popular North Forest Beach area just a short sandy stroll to the shore.

A massive entrance greets you with a regal yet comfortable island vibe. The open floor plan with soaring ceilings and wood and stone floors boasts an eat-in chef’s kitchen with bar seating, as well as spacious living and dining areas. Up the stairs is a comfortable den with doors that close off for privacy and a great nook on the landing, perfect for reading. All the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms are designed with luxury and coastal comfort. An awesome media room and a game room reveal fun and games for kids of all ages.

But it’s outside where you’ll want to spend most of your time as the pool and spa area with outdoor kitchen and bathroom offer island living all year round. Plus, beach access is just a short stroll away! Vacation dreams really do come true at this incredible island oasis.

The host was outstanding — she kept me updated on my upcoming event and communicated with me throughout the process. The rooms were great, and the washrooms were clean and comfortable.However, I did encounter some issues with the amenities. Both coffee makers were outdated, and I had to run the Keurig with nearly a gallon of water before getting a clean cup. The pots and pans were unusable, which required me to purchase a new set from Sam’s Club. Additionally, the last occupants left the placemats and dishes dirty and mostly unwashed, which was disappointing.Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the host’s attentiveness and the quality of the rooms, but the amenities and cleanliness of the kitchen area could definitely use improvement.

Great golf trip house

Overall wonderful space. We had 12 guys all whom were able to get their own bed. A few minor things not working like the air hockey table or blender, but everything else was great. Even had a low battery on a smoker detector beeping, and they sent someone out in the evening to fix. Great location near beach, in a quiet neighborhood. No issue parking lots of cars either in the big garage or long driveway. Would book again. .

Labor Day Hilton Head

Very good experience and house was perfect size for our large crowd! The pool area with grill was a great feature. We spent much time out there. Also, a very short walk to the beach.

Great Vacation!

We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 19 Pelican. We had a few things that needed addressed and the management company was very attentive and prompt in rectifying the situation to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect Retreat Venue for Women Business Owners

Our recent stay in Hilton Head, SC exceeded all expectations. We booked this property through VRBO for a small intimate retreat for women business owners, and it proved to be the ideal venue. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the property's appearance, which matched the listing photos perfectly. The space in each room was generous, allowing all guests, including our hired caterers, to move comfortably throughout the weekend. If you're looking to host a small VIP day or retreat for clients, I highly recommend considering this property. The ambiance and amenities are conducive to productive meetings and relaxing downtime alike. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was the unavailability of the elevator during our stay. Although everyone agreed it would be ok, in hindsight, I wish I had confirmed its availability beforehand to better accommodate our guests. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again for future events. Thank you to the property owner for providing such a fantastic space for our retreat!

20th Annual Golf Trip

Gorgeous home and great location. We had eight men in our group for an annual golf trip. We have a few in the group who really enjoy cooking, and the kitchen is equipped with high end appliances. The way the kitchen faces the big screen TV allowed our chefs to enjoy the football games. Having access to the bicycles was an added bonus, and we took full advantage. The only drawbacks with our stay were that ice maker did not work, and we could not find a sharp knife in the otherwise well equipped kitchen. I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect for large groups!

House is perfect for large groups and great walking distance to the beach. We stayed here for our annual golf trip and will definitely try to get the house again next year!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

Our family had a great time at 19 Pelican St! The house is VERY spacious and overall very beautiful. It really is located within a 3-minute walk to the beach making it very easy to pick up and go relax in the sand. The house has everything you need to get settled in, much like a hotel room. They provide towels in the bathroom, soaps and shampoos, a small amount of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels to get you started and more. The pool located on the property is great! The kids enjoyed spending hours each day in the pool to the point of exhaustion! I really can't say anything bad about the house. We really did enjoy the visit. The kitchen is massive and has a lot of drawers, and there are labels in many of the drawers. However, many of the things are not where they are labeled so it is a bit of a hunt trying to find kitchen utensils. We found everything we needed, just needed to hunt a bit. The house appeared to have a sound system that worked in many of the rooms however, we could not get the music to play anywhere but on the main speakers in the living area. It would have been nice to have music outdoors, but we did bring blue tooth speakers, so it wasn't that much of an issue. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway, and we certainly will consider this place again should we have another vacation in Hilton Head!

Excellent for large family

Located on a cul-de-sac, few mins. walk to the beach, many restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and expansive. The kitchen is a dream kitchen, it is well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed a television in each bedroom. The garage can hold 6-7 cars. There are enough rooms for privacy and an exceptionally large family room for watching movies or playing games. The only negative, which wasn't major, was a slow-draining sink in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Fifteen of us enjoyed the rental for Christmas.

Amazing Weekend

Our group had such a wonderful stay at this gorgeous house. The house was somehow even more beautiful and spacious in person than in the pictures. It was well-stocked and we were able to easily find everything we wanted and needed. If we’re ever back in the area with a large group, we would definitely return here!

Travel wedding

Our daughter was getting married in Savannah, our entire side of family stayed here. Cheaper than hotels when split, things for us to do like ride bikes, go to the beach, close to shops. Easy to entertain. Great house, everything comfortable. Would def stay again here!!

Great family retreat!

Property was well maintained and included all amenities. Everyone enjoyed the luxury. However, some items were missing from the game room. Great location from shopping, restaurants and beach. Will definitely return.

Amazing House

We loved our experience at the property! It was close to the beach and shopping, and the house was amazing. Loved the garage and movie room and the pool was lots of fun! The kitchen was huge and the dining room was amazing. Also loved that it had two laundry areas! Had a great week!

Almost there...

We were so happy to find this home! We had three families with kids ranging in age from 9-13. We had lots of room for all three families and the kids loved the spa and pool. We paid for the spa to be heated but not the pool and that worked out well for the first week of April. The location was great! You are close to the beach and to shopping. Why I gave 4 stars? The property just needs some updating as it felt like a little drab. For example, the refrigerator leaked, the countertop was cracked, the couch had a hole, and the paint was old. However, we enjoyed our time and it was all in all, a good rental. The property management company was great and very responsive.

Wonderful Home

This is the second year we have rented this home. It's perfect for our family, because there are a lot of us and we did not feel like we were in each other's way at any time. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was a huge plus for the little ones. The house has a very well equipped kitchen. I would certainly recommend this home to a large family or group of friends. We love it.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at 19 Pelican. The house was great and when we had some issues that needed resolved the communication with the property manager was easy and they were very responsive to get the problems resolved. We would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Spectacular Home in HHI

19 Pelican was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation of 18 total. The house, the screened in pool, the theatre room, the bikes to ride down to Coligny Park, the 2 minute walk to the sparsely populated beach - just perfect. Hilton Head did not disappoint, and neither did 19 Pelican!

The house was great! Very clean and elegant. One issue was the left garage door did not work.

Rental agents were very responsive, professional and accommodating. Garage door repaired before departure. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place

We had a great time with our family. Proximity to beach is great - just across the road. Less than a mile walk to coffee shop/shops. All amenities and accessories have been thought of! The pool was a hit with all 10 kids! Negatives (that could be easily fixed): Two of the coffee pots didn’t work and a few of the showers had very low water pressure, and the bed listing needs to be updated. There were only two king rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and then three queen rooms, one room with two twins, and a bunk room with two bunk beds (twins on top and doubles on bottom). The upstairs king room had two couches that were twin sleeper sofas too! Definitely rent this house you won’t be sorry. It’s stunning!
